The Officer Instructed the Police Patrol Officer to Falsely Trip & Fall then Make an Arrest, Lost His Managerial Post at the Police Station

Being told by their, superiors to trip and fall falsely, to make an arrest, of the gathering crowd here!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The retired officer, Huang two years ago, marched in protest against the changes of the retirement funds in Changwha when the president was touring there, was charged with obstruction of public affairs and physical assault, the Changwha District Court found, that the head of the police department, Hong at the Yuanling Substation instructed the officer to falsely throw the suspect over the shoulders then making the arrest, found Huang not guilty; after the incident, Hong was already promoted to the head of inspector of Lienjiang County, the department of Police Affairs believe that he’d “instructed his subordinates wrong”, pulled him from the post yesterday, and, demoted him to the secretarial position of the Public Safety Police Department’s Second Squadron.

The Department of Police Affairs told, that Hong’s handling of the crowd was wrong by procedure, based off of the rules of the police to “legalize, and banning the illegal, to prevent the violence”, that it’d, damaged the reputation of the police department, he was transferred to a nonmanagerial post; in the future, the department will keep on making the police officers more aware of using legal measures in the containment of the crowds, to protect the rights of the people’s to express themselves freely.

The head of the county police department of Changwha is the head of the city police of Tainan, Fang, at the moment he’d, ordered his subordinates to do what he did to contain the crowd, Fang made the statement of he now realized, that the order he’d made the subordinates follow were, improper.

On November 10^th, two years ago, the local police went to contain the crowd on the march of against the reforms of the public services offices’ retirement funds, Hong went to teach the officers to “falsely trip and fall” then arrest, the retired officer Huang pushed the officers around, an officer fell down, was arrested by the police right then and there.

A lot of the officers questioned that the act of faking a fall and making the arrests was a breach of the obstruction of freedom, the Department of Police Affairs told, that the district attorneys’ office is now discussing the matter on the appeals, and there will be further actions until the results of the investigations come out.

And, so this, is the BAD behaviors of the police department, in their ways, of making an arrest, faking a fall, to cry wolf!  This still just showed, how LOW the officers are willing to go, to make an arrest, and, these are the officers of the law, who were, instructed by their, superiors, to BREAK the law!!!
