The fifty-five-year-old male, Huang was suspected of using a false car crash to kidnap a woman whom he felt attracted to, the twenty-nine-year-old Tseng, the district attorney found him in suspicion of murder, that he ran the risk of destroying the physical evidences against him, and flight too, asked the courts to keep him in custody which the courts had, signed off on, the coroner’s conducted an autopsy of the woman yesterday, took the samples, and they will examine the cause of death of Tseng more closely.

The police found, that Huang lived on Shuiyuan Street in the city of Pingdong for more than a decade, unemployed, unmarried, lived alone, and to date since the crime, they couldn’t get in touch with his families. The neighbors told, that Huang, due to his eccentric personality, and bad temper, didn’t get along well with his next-of-kin, that the families moved away one by one, leaving him to live alone on his own.
Based off of understanding, Huang often strolled down the streets he lives on, the neighbors had caught him peeping at the passersby on the balcony, that he’d hit on female pedestrians on the sidewalks too, the neighbors also told, that they’d all heard of Huang’s odd behaviors, that he was perceived as a problematic figure in a lot of the locals’ beliefs.
Huang was drawn to Tseng, and in February and March, he’d harassed her, and stalked her repeatedly. And on March 26th, Tseng finally, notified the police, and sued Huang for sexual harassment and following her, the police gave Huang a verbal warning too, thinking, that the harassment would be terminated, but, on the evening of the eighth of this month, Tseng was taken by Huang, then, murdered.
At the preliminary forensic investigations, the investigators found, that Tseng suffered severe head trauma on the back of her head, and believed that the injuries were from how she’d hit her head on the railings after Huang rammed into her, caused her to fall down, Tseng had subdural hematoma, as Huang took her away, which delayed her time of being treated at the hospital, which caused her death. As Huang was caught, he’d still evaded the questions, asked for the attorneys at once, and, stated how the police forced him to confess, and demanded to be sent to the hospitals for treatment, but the courts still mandated his being taken into police custody.
Tseng’s relatives and families scolded Huang’s behaviors as “full of malice”, and felt helpless of how Tseng had called the police, told them that she was being followed and harassed by Huang. The relatives and friends complained that had the police gotten involved sooner, or if there were laws set up, to prevent Huang from getting so close to Tseng, then, maybe, she wouldn’t have, died.
The families went to the location where Huang stashed Tseng’s body yesterday afternoon to call her spirits to return, and, Tseng’s husband brought the white wedding gown to the city morgue, hoping that his wife can look as beautiful as she would on her final passage of life, he looked very sorrowful, and didn’t speak a word.
And so, that’s how useful (still sarcasm) the RESTRAINING ORDERS are in cases like these, because this PSYCHO was fixated on this woman for whatever reasons there may be (how the HELL should I know!), and he lost his impulse control and murdered her brutally, and, this loser WAS “verbally reprimanded” by the police when the woman reported him too, and that still just showed, how useless the LAW is, in the faces of these, psycho stalkers!
