Because this younger of the two twin boys was raised by his grandparents, he wasn’t as close with his parents, and, moving back with his parents must’ve caused him some mental stresses, which was probably why he’d wetted himself a lot, and the father got angered, lost control, and beaten his own young son to death, and now, he deserves, the WORST of all sorts of, punishments, for murdering his own flesh-and-blood! Beaten to Hydrocephalous, Subdural Hematoma in His Optical Nerves,, the Boy Was Covered in Bruises, the Hospital Tried Resuscitating Him for a Whole of TWELVE Days & He’d Still, Died
A three-year-old young boy, was suspected of not being potty-trained yet, he’d been abused physically long-term by his parents, on March 21st, he was beaten in the head by his father, causing him to suffer from the severe head traumas, he fell into a comatose, and he was taken to the hospital, and twelve days later, he’d, died. The D.A.’s office conducted an autopsy, found that the boy had subdural hematoma, severe hydrocephalus, hematoma in his optical nerve endings, other than his father, his biological mother too, was involved, in his, abuse, the parents were charged with murder and preventing the developments of young children, causing death, the district attorney’s office asked the courts to have the parents in custody, which the courts signed off on.
Based off of understanding, the father of the boy works in a printing press mill, the mother is a homemaker, the young boy also has a twin older brother, as the parents were taken into police custody, the older brother was left in the care of the grandparents; from the preliminary investigations, the social workers found, that the older son shown no signs of being physically abused, but the social workers already started the process of placing the older child into protective custody.
The police and district attorneys investigated, that the young boy was originally in the care of his own grandparents, while his older brother lived with his parents. As his grandmother fell ill in last December, he was then, returned home to his parents to care.
The boy rarely spoke, and wetted himself often, the parents were displeased, had often locked him inside the bathrooms, screamed at him, slapped him, smacked him with a stick, causing the physical developmental delays in the young boy, and he’d sustained multiple physical injuries too.
On March 21st, the father of the child was in a foul mood, he’d pushed the boy down, the boy’s head hit the walls, he’d sustained the severe head traumas and fell into a comatose the parents found that something wasn’t quite right, and rushed him into the Nantou Hospital, then, the child was transferred to the Chinese Pharmacology University Hospital.
The district attorneys visited and investigated at the hospital, they’d found the young boy to suffer from abuse-like head trauma, optical nerve hematoma, and acute subdural hematoma, that the father clearly had, caused the young boy to not develop properly physically AND mentally, and was suspected of attempted murder, the father was taken in to custody.
But the injuries the boy sustained were too severe, he’d died on April 2nd, two days ago the police and district attorney’s office conducted an autopsy, and found that the cause of the boy’s death was from long-term abuse, and other than the father being abusive, his birthmother too had, abused him, the district attorneys arrested the parents at the hospital, then, asked the courts to keep them in police custody, which the courts allowed.
The neighbors told, that the Lins rarely showed themselves outside their home, that there was a boy who’d come out to take the trash out, that he’d looked, cleanly; as the police went to arrest the father of the boy, that was when the neighbors learned, that there were, two children in the house.
And so, clearly, there’s, that favoritism toward one twin over the next, and because this younger of the two boys wet himself often, it’d, angered his father, and he’d, lost control, and beaten him to death, and he was so severely abused, that the injuries he’d sustained were internal, and these were parents unfitting to have children, and yet, they’d had them, and abused one to death, and they deserve the HARSHEST of punishments, for physically abusing their younger son to death.
