A last-year male high school student from Tainan on the evening of November 2nd, took another second-year-high school female student from another school to the school library for the evening study sessions, the two had sexual intercourse in the boys’ bathrooms, and the group of male students caught then in the act, filmed the process, and shared the sex tapes online. The female student and her families pressed charges, and the investigations started more than four months ago, but nobody had been, caught yet, the sex footages weren’t found; as the news of the case came out yesterday, the school immediately gave up the identifications of the three students who were involved for the police to investigate the matter.
The Police & the Schools Evaded the Responsibilities, Passed the Case Like a Hot Potato
Three days since the incident happened, the female student went to report the matter, the police and the school still, passed the case around like a hot potato. The professionals of the legal realm believed, that the footages didn’t get confiscated in the time being, and chances are, it’d already spread out online, that it would damage the teenage girl a lot; that the obstruction of secret charges are prosecutable by the law, this is NOT a complex case, and four months in, the police still couldn’t find out the responsible parties, that their investigation means are, questionable.
Based off of understanding, the two students couldn’t help it, snuck away into the boys’ restrooms to have sex, and, as a fellow male student went to the toilets and heard the moaning and groaning, and he’d called on others to watch, and captured the footages of the two having sex, and, through the nights, shared the footages with other students, along with streamed the video onto the high school’s internal internet network.
On the Third Day, the Adolescent Female Filed to Press Charges
The disciplinary officer in the female student’s school learned of it, sent the photo to the families, on November fifth of last, the female student went with her parents to the police to file for the obstruction of secret.
The police stated, that on the day the case had been reported, the school already took off the footages on the students’ network, and because the school only provided for the in-campus surveillance cameras, and it was dark during the night, and, it was, hard to tell.
Police: in Order to Work the Case, We’d Needed the Consents from the Schools
The police explained, that if the police were to enter into the school campuses to investigate, then they would need the consents from the schools, the surveillance footages will be filtered through by the disciplinary official of the school, that no clear identification can be made of the individuals, and because this occurred during the night time, the police suspected that these were the night division students, and they’re asking the night division’s disciplinary official from the school to help out with the investigations.
School: the Punishment that Will be Given is Unrelated to the Criminal Investigations
The school told, that it’s completed its, gender-equality board investigations, and sent it to the Department of Education to be reviewed over, that the results of the investigations, were to keep away from the public’s knowledge; the school is in charge of the students’ behaviors, that the criminal charges have NO place in it, but if the police asked for the school’s help in the investigation, the school is more than happy to comply.
The rumors were, that the school refused to disclose the identification of the students, because of the upcoming entrance exams, worried that it might affect the students in test-taking, which was why they’d, delayed on giving a list of those who had shot the videos to the police department, the school denied this rumor.
Last night, the school gave up the three suspected students, they were the last year students from the daytime school department, and all three students are still waiting on the police to call them in for questioning.
And so, because these are, MINORS who are involved, that’s why their identities are, supposed to be kept, secret, but, because they’re teenagers, and you Know, these TEENS are, interested in S-E-X, and with their, HORMONES, raging, this is, BOUND to, happen, and there’s still, NO victim here in this particular case!
