There was a gang bullying case in the Taoyuan Juvenile Detention Hall. Jeng and three other men were displeased about a fellow youth in the same quarter, they’d mixed the dish detergents, face wash, and forced him to eat it, and forced the victim to drink urine, and each the roaches too, and spread hot chili paste on his penis, and poured hot water on it, they’d even used a toothbrush to rape him, after the young man had been abused for two whole days, he’d finally asked his families to call for help, and that was when the case went out into the open, in the past few days, the district attorneys indicted Jeng and three others who were involved in the abuse of the victim, and asked the courts to punish them more severely based off of the laws that protected children and youths from such heinous crimes.
The officers investigated that Jeng (age 21), Chen (age 19), Peng (age 21), and Lo (age 22) had multiple times, bullied a fellow adolescent, on May 9th of last, in the rooms, they’d mixed the dish detergents, the face wash, toothpaste, and other things into the rice, while Lo and Jeng had urinated into the food, demanded that the victim eat everything including the chemicals and the fecal matter, as well as the urine too.
The following day, the group wasn’t quite done yet, they’d forced the young man to eat the whole pot of porridge, Chen had even urinated inside a plastic bottle, forced the victim to drink it all down in ten seconds, Jeng had even forced the young man to spread chili past onto his own genital, and poured hot water over his genitals to abuse him.
After the young lad had become totally injured physically, Jeng and his group thought of new ways to abuse him, not only did the group stick a toothbrush in the victim’s anus, they’d pulled out the wire from the masks, dipped it in ink, tattooed the knuckles of their victim’s finger joints, at night, they’d forced him to eat the roaches, and as the young man can no longer stand the abuse, he’d finally called out to his own mother for help, that was how this case was found out.
In the interrogations held by the district attorney’s office, the head of the group, Jeng admitted to adding the “stuff” into the foods, but claimed that he’d not forced the victim to consume it, admitted to spreading the chili paste on the victim’s genital, that as the victim cried out in pain,, he’d poured the cold water to relieve the heat for him, denied having used the hot water, and told that during the rape, he was only, a “lookout”.
Because of the testimonies of the victim, plus others in the same room were witnesses, and the assessments of the medics showed redness and skin peeling off the victim’s penis, and there were the surveillance camera footages, the D.A. believed that Jeng and the group were, abusing the victim.
And, to think how long this young lad put up with it, had it not been how he couldn’t take it anymore, this might have gone on, even longer, and that’s just it, the victim was a scapegoat, of the abusers, and his abusers only picked on him, because of his stature, of how he’d, appeared to be, and this happened, in custody, in the juvenile detention hall here.
