Yesterday morn, there was a robbery of a jewelry shop in Sanchong, Hsinbei City, the three robbers sprayed pepper spray at the seventy-year old shop owner, Hsiao, kicked and beaten him, then, taped him up with tape and wires, then, they got away, with about thirty million dollars N.T. worth of jewelries. The police zoomed in on the getaway scooter, and arrested a man, Peng, but Peng claimed that he was paid, to get the scooter, denied his involvement in the robbery, the polices is now, searching on a grander scale to find the robbers.
“They were way too coldblooded, even as I’d cried out: HELP! They’d beaten me even harder.” As the elderly shop owner was interviewed, he’d, recalled, he said he was just about, to open his shop, then the three robbers barged in to his shop and started beating him, he’d called out for help, and they’d, threatened his life; the female owner watched the surveillance outside of the shops, complained, that as her husband was pinned to the floors, getting beaten, two girls passed by their shop, tilted their heads in to look, but didn’t help call the police.
The police investigated, the location of the jewelry shop was the first floor of a three-story apartment on Chongyang Road, Sanchong, the shop had been operating for more than forty years, the shop owners and their son live upstairs.

At about ten in the morn, the owner just opened up shop, three robbers came in, with masks, and helmets, started ganging up on him, kicked him, beaten him, then, took all the valuables they had in the display cases, the whole process took about ten minutes.
