This is how much, you’d, KILLED for these days here, and the punishments still, didn’t quite fit, “perfectly” with the CRIMES you’d, committed here, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
In October of 2019, in Daliao, Kaohsiung, there was a case where bones were, dug up, the man, Chiu tried to collect the debts owed to him by Huang for drugs, he’d forcibly taken Huang with a group of his gang, tortured him for over thirty-one hours, and, force fed the infected water mixed in with the illegal substances into Huang, murdered him, then, tossed his body, five months later, the police found Huang’s bodies, which already became, nothing but, bones; the Kaohsiung District Court just recently charged Chiu for murder, disposing of the body, a “heavy” sentence of sixteen years.
The Collectivist Courts believed, that Chiu only had monetary disagreements with the victim, and, he’d kidnapped the victims, and tortured him to death, and force fed the solution of dirty water with amphetamine, killing the man, he was cruel in his measures for torture, and left the corpse outside, under the varied weather conditions, allowing the insects to eat, not cared one bit, to the point of the victim getting “reduced” to nothing BUT bones, that he’d damaged the victim’s character, that he’d, caused a bad impact on the peace of the society, and decided to sentence him heavily.
Chiu was displeased at how Huang owed him $200,000N.T. in drugs, on the evening of May 14th, 2019, with his three accomplices, Sun, Cheng, and Chen, they forcibly took Huang from Ya-Ling District, Kaohsiung, took him to the rural areas and the motels to beat and to torture; in the motel, Huang was locked inside the closets, and, during this time, only as he was allowed to drink water or to go to the toilets, had he been, let outside, and he was only allowed one hour, he’d not been given any kinds of foods.
At two in the morn the following day, Chiu and his group then, took Huang to a fisher’s shack in a fish farm in Mituo District, Kaohsiung to continue torturing him, force fed the soiled water with the illegal substances mixed in down Huang’s throat, not long thereafter, the drugs started having an effect, Huang started showing signs of being poisoned, convulsing, rolling his eyes, foaming at the mouth, and Chiu and his gang not only didn’t take him to the hospital, they’d continued beating him, until his death at around a little past five early in the morn, they’d tortured him for a total of thirty-one-hours and thirty minutes.
Chiu and his gang worried about getting discovered, so they’d, taken the body of Huang to Fengling One Road in Daliao District, pushed the body down the slopes, then left. The Criminal Investigations Unit chased the drug-related charges of Huang, but had lost tabs on him, they’d found that Huang had been taken to Mituo, Kaohsiung, and five months later, the unit learned that he’d been, murdered already, in October of 2019, they’d recovered his corpse in the mountain regions in Daliao, and there wasn’t much of his corpse that remained, saved for the bones.
Other than severely sentencing Chiu, the courts also sentenced the three other men who were involved in the torture death of Huang, Sun and two other, somewhere between two years six months, and thirteen years.
And if you ask me, that’s still, NOT, severe enough, for torturing a man to DEATH, for tossing away his body so carelessly, that just showed, how you got, a TOTAL LACK of respect for human life, and, you should’ve been, sentenced to LIFE in prison, or the DEATH penalty, but for whatever reasons, you only, received, slaps on your god damn, WRISTS, for this, horrible crime you’d, committed, against, a fellow man!
