The Man Who’s Out on Parole for Robbery Had Murdered Two People, Using Cruel Measures, “No Chance of Reform”, His Six Other Accomplices were also, Indicted
The man, Hsu who’s out on parole from a robbery five years ago took the money from a land deal in amount of $3.8 million N.T. on his own, and said that it was the adolescent girl, Lai who’d taken the money in, murdered her, then, put her in a plastic keg; then, sold the land that didn’t belong to him, got $26.9 million N.T.s, was sued by the landowner, suspected that Huang had sold him out, two years ago, he’d told his partners in crime to forcibly take him, and shot the drugs into him, then, blew his head off, placed Huang’s corpse into a plastic keg to dispose of. The Taichung D.A.’s office charged Hsu and his six accomplices on murder and other charges, and believed that Hsu showed NO signs of humanity in him, there’s NO chance of reform, asked for the death penalty.
The two shocking cases of the bodies found in the plastic kegs was solved by the Criminal Investigation Unit, the motives of these cases were “planting the evidence” and “silencing the individual who knew too much”, the coroners in the autopsies found the two murder victims died in such horrid ways, Tsai the adolescent’s neck was slashed, with the scissors in her left thorax, with the scissors having been twisted; while Huang died of an overdoes of heroin injection, with gunshot wound to the head, then, his corpse was sealed in cement afterwards.
Based off of understanding, the thirty-five year-old Hsu admitted to murdering the adolescent female, admitted that she and his twenty-year-old wife (then, sixteen when the crime had been committed, tried in juvenile court), Wang, used the hammers, scissors, and butcher knife to commit the murder together, but denied having told someone to GUN down Huang, but his accomplices had, testified against him.
The indictment pointed out, that in 2016, Hsu and Wang were involved in a land deal, the loans, that Wang met Tsai online, and started dating her. Hsu was asked to sort through the papers of registering of land and selling the land, spent up the $3.8 million N.T. that was paid to him with Chen, and Wang, and couldn’t pay back, they’d co-conspired to murder Tsai, then, told the third-party that Tsai had run away with the funds.
On the evening of May fifth of the same year, Chen hammered at Tsai’s head hard in the rental place in Hsinchu, Wang then took over, hammering the head of the teen continually, then, as Tsai passed out, Hsu stabbed the scissors into her chest, twisting it up, then, severed her neck, murdering her, then, placed her corpse into the plastic keg, drove the body to his father’s home in Fengyuan to keep.
In 2018, as Hsu was letting the money off, he’d met the accomplice, Lin, Chang, as Chang learned that the victim’s boyfriend, Huang needed a loan to buy the land, he’d introduced Hsu, and as He handed over the related paperwork, Hsu and other sold the land without the consent of the real owner, made an illegal profit of $26.9 million N.T.s.
He sued the involved parties for fraud, as Huang and Hsu testified, Hsu though that the statements that Huang made were against him, in May of 2019, told his accomplices to drag Huang to the kennel owned by Chang, Chang was suspecting of filling up the needles with heroin, passed it to his accomplice, then, his accomplice shot the syringe into Huang’s neck. They’d placed the body into the orange plastic keg, lifted the keg to a bamboo forest in Miaoli to dispose of.
And so, this man used such a horrid method to murder the adolescent and the man whom he thought had, betrayed him, and this still just showed, how there IS no chance of reform, so, the DEATH penalty WAS the RIGHT punishment for this man who’d, committed, multiple murders.
