The Man Raced & Got His Opponent Killed, Sentenced to Four Years

Because you were “engaged” in that RACE, and a FATAL accident occurred, and, it’d, killed someone!  A fatal crash that resulted, and the man who lives to “tell the tale” is now, CHARGED, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The sixty-year-old man, Feng two years ago was suspected of racing in high speed in his BMW with the assistant pilot of China Airlines, Chang on Freeway One, in the end, Chang lost control of his car, rammed through the railings, and, rammed into a tree, and died.  The Shihlin District Court found that Feng’s racing on the freeway with Chang is the cause of Chang’s horrible death by crash, yesterday, Feng was sentenced to four years in prison on public endangerment, and causing the pilot to get killed.  This can still be appealed.

The deceased Chang graduated from the Pinnacle Aviation Academy, started working for China Airline back in 2014, then, worked as the assistant pilot for the Airbus A350, he’d enjoyed racing, there were the racecar photos, the racing photos on his FB page.

Two years ago at around six in the morn on July 6th, Chang was driving to the airport, he’d lost control of his car, rammed into the railing, smashed his car into the bushes by the slopes, and died.

Feng claimed, that back then, Chang’s car was behind his, he’d focused on the traffic up front, that he’d not paid any attention, not knowing that Chang was behind him, that he’d not engaged in racing with him.  And, the speed to which the cars were driving was between 150 kilometers and 180 kilometers, that he’d changed from the inner lanes to the middle, then to the out, but he’d only, passed the car that was in front of his, then sped up his car.

The Collectivist Court based off of the freeway surveillance cameras, as well as the dash cam that confirmed that Chang was originally driving at 110 kilometers, as he’d passed the ETC gate railings, he’d sped to 200, that both were driving above the speed limits, that about a kilometer before the site of the accident, the two cars were racing on the freeways.

The Shihlin District Court found, that Feng, because he’d wanted to win, he’d intentionally raced in high speed with the victim, and not kept a safe distance, and changed lanes without signaling first, that’s caused the victim to crash and die.

And so, the “victim” here, does NOT need to answer to WHAT he was doing, racing, because he’s already DEAD, and that is still NOT fair, only charging the one who’d started it, I mean, if the other individual didn’t go along with it, how could this have, happened???  Oh wait, it couldn’t, but because one man is DEAD, that’s why the other one had been, charged, and people think that that’s, justice, after all, someone MUST pay, for someone else’s death, like in this case!
