Yeah, uh, the MORALITY standards of these, officers of the LAW are still, QUESTIONABLE here! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
He’d Forced the Female Witnesses to Have Sex, Three Years Ago He Was Set Up, by a Call of Legal Counsel, Extorted
A former district attorney, Wu who’d turned attorney, three years ago, was set up by Chen and others on a honey trap, the female accomplice, Liu took shots of Wu after he was intoxicated, with him wearing NOTHING but his underpants, and extorted him for $840,000N.T.s, the lawyer who was victimized sued for the damages, the Taichung District Court mandated that the woman, Liu, the men, Tsao, and Ting, needed to pay a total of $840,000N.T. to Wu.
During the time Wu worked for the district attorney’s office, he was accused of taking advantage of the female witness using his work status, to have sex with her, was sentenced to seven years six months. Four years after he’d started serving, he was paroled, and currently, he’s practicing law in Taichung.
Liu and her accomplices, Tsao and Ting were convicted of threatening to get money, the primary suspect, other than being involved in this current case, also had another case involving firearms in Tainan, in August of 2018, he’d, committed suicide in his own residence, the D.A. dropped the prosecution against him.
The D.A.’s office found, that Chen and Liu (age 23) were romantically involved, and Liu used the false identity of “Xing-Tong Lu”, used the excuse of needing legal counsel, contacted Wu whom she’d not known from before, and on the evening of July 10th, 2018, they’d met out at the Guan-San SOGO Mall of Taichung.
Late on that very evening, Liu and Wu got some alcohol at the supermarkets, headed over to Wu’s place to continue to converse, around midnight the following, when Wu was intoxicated, Liu secretly filmed Wu without his shirt on, in his boxers, then, handed over the footage to Chen.
The accomplice, Tsao (age 27) was suspected of calling Wu up on the eleventh of the same month, used the excuse of wanting to consult him on legal matters, took the footages and the hospital exam records provided by Liu, to extort him, “Why did you bring Lu to your home if she were there for legal counsel at your place, if you don’t pay me $2.5 million N.T. to settle this, then I will expose you to the media.”
Wu worried that his reputation might get damaged, and asked his coworker, Hsu to mediate for him, on that very evening, Hsu asked Chen to meet out at the 85°C Café to negotiate, and settled on the amount of $840,000N.T.s. On July 12th, Tsao went to the attorney office, Wu handed off the money, Tsao then went to Tainan, to give the amount to Chen.
Based off of understanding, Chen before the case, used Ting (age 29) as a head account to get a cell phone, which was left to Tsao’s use, and Tsao used the phone to extort the money. The first trial found Liu guilty of secretly filming sentenced her to five months; and Tsao received a year two months on the threats to get money, Ting sentenced to three months, in helping to get the money by threatening the attorney at law.
The attorney, Wu believed he was set up, and through his attorney, sued for the damages from Liu, Tsao, Ting, as well as Chen’s wife and children, but Chen’s wife and children, three after Chen died, went to the courts to disinherit themselves, and so the judge only made the woman, Liu, the men, Tsao, and Ting to pay Wu a total of $840,000N.T.s.
And in this case, this attorney who got “cheated” still was NOT the victim, because of how he took the baits, that’s why he was, caught in a, compromising position, and yet, there are crimes of extortion, blackmail, honeytrapping, etc., etc., etc., in this case, and the judge found all the involved parties guilty, and mandated them to pay, but if you ask me, this former D.A. should also be made to take the responsibilities for what had happened here, but he got screwed in this case, so he wasn’t, punished for it…
