The “King of Geeks” of N.T.U. Chang seven years ago, hacked his ex-girlfriend, Lin forty-seven times, and kissed her corpse on her privates, the High Court’s second retrial last year charged him on murder, gave him a life-term, and stripped him of his government position for life, but the D.A. and Chang both appealed, the Highest Courts tossed back both, and maintained the life-term ruling.
Chang (age 36) as he was attending N.T.U. competed in the “Geek King of N.T.U.” a computer gaming contest and won the first place trophy, received the “Geek King of N.T.U.” nickname; in 2013, he’d met the woman, Lin, started dating her and started cohabiting together, and afterwards, they’d realized that they were too different, had many fights, Lin wanted to break up.
Chang, in order to get the lost love back, set up a trip for two to Japan, but found that the selfie that Lin took had a pair of man’s pants in it, the animosity in him built up, he’d forced her to have sex twice and shot her photos nude, which set Lin’s mind up on breaking up with him for good.
Chang went to Lin’s residence to talk, with a knife, he’d threatened, “I want to be your boyfriend on this last day of my life!”, then, hacked at Lin’s head like crazy, her thorax, a total of forty-seven times until she died.
The second retrial believed, that Chang had premeditated the murder, that he was of sound mind when he went to commit the murder, in the broad day light, he’d, committed the murder, using brutal methods, that the victim was at the prime of her life, the families’ loss couldn’t be made up for, only through giving him a life-term, will it be justified.
And, this loser, murdered a woman, simply because he was, too easily jealous, I mean, hello, if someone is in the SHOT in the background when your girlfriend was taking a selfie of herself, that does NOT mean that she’s into that unknown man, and this LOSER flew into a jealous rage, and murdered her so brutally, and he deserved the DEATH penalty, but for whatever reason, the courts only gave him life, and it’s, just as well, because for as LONG as he’s alive, his guilty conscience will torture him continually.
