The man Lee thought that his wife, Chung was having an affair, as he’d confronted her, he’d, used the bump, beaten Chung, who was five months pregnant then, and sexually assaulted her, filmed the entire process and streamed the footage to his girlfriend abroad, causing his wife and the fetus to die; during the trial, Lee said he was willing to pay for what he’d done with his life, and the judge reviewed the footage, and it was too cruel and had to, stop playing the recordings, but considered that he can still be, reformed, sentenced him to life in prison on abuse, sexual assault, and intent to murder. This can be appealed.
Based off of understanding, the forty-four year-old Lee was married to Chung for twelve years, they’d, separated a long time ago. Lee was into a form of Tibetan Buddhism, and gave himself, Chung, and his girlfriend in Malaysia different names, into the dual-practice methods, and would IM the sex images with his girlfriend, but he wasn’t, getting along with Chung, he’d told his wife, that she was, not as good as the other woman. Lee claimed, that one time he was talking to Chung, and the spirits appeared, and showed him Chung having an affair with someone else, that was when he realized, that she was, cheating on.
The indictment pointed out, that on June 11 of last, Lee called Chung up north telling that he wanted to discuss the terms of divorce with her, and disregarded that she was already pregnant, beaten her up with his bare hands, or the pump that he had, threatened her to turn over the phone number of the man she was having an affair with, texted the other man, “get ready, to collect her body tomorrow”, then raped Chung, and beaten her face, until she sustained a skull fracture, and face covered with blood, and then, he’d, sent the footage of his abuse on his won wife to the girlfriend in Malaysia.
Chung died, one body, two lives, he’d claimed, that he got angered at how his wife damaged his reputation, he was so angry he’d killed her, and denied the sexual assault charges; the D.A. grilled Chung for using such inhumane methods to commit murder, that he’d shown NO signs of remorse, and appealed the courts, to give him a severe sentence.
The Taoyuan District Court believed, that Lee believed that Chung was having an affair, and continually grilled her who he was, how many times she’d had sex with the other man, and continued beating, and shamed her, which showed his displease at how she was seeing another man, that he’d, intentionally, physically assaulted, and sexually assaulted her. And, even as Lee believed, that Chung didn’t follow the moral standards, they are still husband and wife, and he’d, used such, brutal force, to murder her.
Considering how Lee lost it because she was having an affair, he became, worked up, and emotional, which wasn’t a cleared intention of what may have cause him to want to murder her, that it’s different compared to planning the murder then executing the process, and although Chung’s family asked for the extreme sentence, and Lee stated, “I want to pay for it with my life”, but, it’d shown, that there’s still, a chance for him to get reformed, sentenced him to life, and stripped him of his government post for life.
And so, this LOSER somehow, ESCAPE the DEATH penalty, but he’s gonna stay behind bars, inside that CAGE, for the rest of his life, and it suited him right, for brutally, murdering his own wife, who was pregnant at the time, and it’s not like he was a saint, he was, HAVE SEX with another woman too, so…
