You are a COP, and you involve yourselves, into, ILLEGAL, activities?  Where the @#$% are your ETHICS and MORALS, huh?  And it’s only right, that you get punished, very severely, for KNOWNING the law, and, BREAKING it!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Officers who’d Gone to Sort Out the Fights Found Their Own, the Two Officers Were Accused for Taking Over Millions of Underground Wire Transfers for Themselves, Relieved of Their Positions in the Police Force, Sent to the D.A.’s for Processing

Two nights ago, there was a brawl that broke out on the streets of Keelung, as the patrol officers went, and they’d found, Chang and Huang, two officers of the local substation there, they were told to pay the debts by the drivers of a loan shark, and wouldn’t pay up, and they started brawling.  The police chased the leads further, found, that Chang and Huang, the two officers were suspected of working with the drivers of the underground wire transfers, made the profits illegally, and, took the illegal money for themselves, not turned the amount in, the police precinct evaluated them yesterday, gave the two officers two major reprimands, relieved them of their duties, and, sent them to the D.A.s on counts of encroachment.

The second substation of the Keelung Police received a call from the locals at 8:30 in the evening two nights ago, that there was a gang that broke out fighting in front of the Starbucks at Yi One Road.  As the multiple officers rushed over, one made his escape, the officers were able to subdue the three others they caught, and found that one of them were “one of their own”, and reported the systems of police business, along with the head of the city police, Lin, and took Huang and Chang, both in their thirties in for questioning.

The police investigated, found, that the matter was related to the underground wire transfer ring, getting into a brawl with the two officers, after the police department dug deeper, they’d found, that the officers, Chang, and Huang had worked together with the drivers of the underground wiring ring, to make the illegal profits for themselves.  And because the officers were accused by the man they were fighting, Lai for embezzling over a million dollar’s N.T. of illegal profits, but the officers only admitted to taking about $30,000N.T. to $40,000N.T.’s, the actual amount is still, pending investigation.

The police told, that the officers used their rounds that they were making, to work with the underground wire transfer group’s drivers, to use the false cases, to get their hands on the illegally gained profits, the upstream of the underground money wiring agency’s Lai, through the methods, called up the officers to “talk”, to get the amount they took back.  And because the officer, Huang told, that he didn’t have anything to do with the matter, and that it was this much money, he was beaten to injury.  The locals told, that they’d heard the cusses, the screams, and saw the brawls, it’d, drawn a huge crowd.

The officers, Huang and Chang confessed to taking the money, and the police checked the statements of the involved individuals believed that the officers broke the law, the city police started the evaluation process of these officers, the two both received one major reprimand each, and, taken off of the police duty rosters, sent to the police headquarters.  The assistant office manager of the Keelung City Police, Lin told, that the police will do right, they will NOT favor their own, they will investigate the matter by the book, and send the officers’ cases to the Keelung D.A.’s office.

Based off of understanding the two officers both passed the specialty examinations, Huang worked in the city police department for eight years to date, Chang for four, they worked in different substations, but their coworkers saw them interacting regularly, because they worked the case of the drivers of the ring, and they’d, started, taking the illegally gained profits brought in by the drivers for themselves.

Based off of the verdict of the district court of Keelung, Huang and his younger schoolmate’s wife had an affair, and was sued, made to pay $350,000N.T., and because the legislation had decriminalized adultery, the charges were, dropped.  The two officers didn’t show up at the station, and, all of their coworkers were hushed on one of their own being involved.

And in the end, you still fell, because of MONEY, because MONEY is so enticing, isn’t it?  It drives you to do things that you KNOW you wouldn’t, normally do, but you’d taken the bribes from the underground debt collecting agencies, and, now you got caught, that still just showed, how easy it is, for police officers, to break the laws, because they know it well!
