The man who was sentenced heavily on drug charges to eighteen years, Tsai, was suspected of opening fire at his good friend, Chen’s house two times, and, one of the shots hit Chen’s right side of neck, the other bullet jammed in the gun, didn’t fire out, Chen died instantly. After Tsai committed murder, he escaped by his scooter, yesterday the police caught him in Fengshan District, and found an altered gun on him, forty-two rounds of bullets, after interrogating, they charged him on murder, and breaking the law of bearing arms, sent him to the D.A.’s.
Based off of understanding, the man, nicknamed, “Hsiung”, Tsai (age 60), five years ago was arrested on drug trafficking charges, sentenced to eighteen years by the court, the case is still in the appeal process right now. Tsai claimed, that he was displeased at how Chen made him take the fall for something, and received this heavy a sentence, and the man didn’t even ask him how he was, that was what angered him, which led him to shoot the man.
At around one at midnight last night, Chen (age 58) and his wife, Cheng (age 44) and a friend, Wu, were at home in Zhongshan E. Road at their home, in Fengshan District, having a drink, and, close to two in the morn, Tsai came to ring the door bell, Cheng went to answer it.
As she’d opened the door, Tsai called out, “You were my childhood best friend, and you’d, betrayed me, TWICE!”, then, pulled out the altered gun from his waist, started firing at Chen, the first bullet jammed, he’d immediately pulled out the extra casing of bullets, and, added another shot on Chen, the bullet went in from the right side of Chen’s neck, through to the left back, originally, Tsai had wanted to gun Cheng down too, but because she started crying, and got down on her knees, that was when Tsai escaped out the door, got on his scooter, and, rode off.
Cheng immediately called the police, as the paramedics entered into their residence, Cheng was holding onto her husband who lay on the couch, kept asking the paramedics, “is he still breathing?” “Can you save him?”, as the hospital worked on him for over an hour, Chen still, died.
The district police precinct received the call, and chased the leads all through the night, in the morning yesterday, the caught Tsai at a super convenience store on Zhonglun First Road in Fengshan District, back then, Tsai was on his way home, to grab a few things, so he could get on the run.
And so, this, is, what you get, when you do bad, it was your fault that you were arrested, and, you should NOT have taken the fall for you friend, had you any sense of it, but you had, and now, you’d felt, taken by him, because he’d not shown you ANY gratification, for what you did FOR him, that was what led you to open fire, and now, you will be, serving out the rest of your life in prison, for murdering your, childhood, ex-best friend! And it’s still, so totally, NOT worth it, but because the man was raging, and felt awful of how his “friend” didn’t appreciate him enough, for taking the FALL!
