The Primary Abuser Called Out, “I’m in Charge of Chihshan”, the Police Found Three Men Who were Involved, the Case is Related to Drugs
The twenty-nine-year-old male, Chu on the twenty-seventh of last month, was forcibly taken from his own home in Kaohsiung, dragged to the public cemeteries in the mountains, and tortured for three whole hours, not only did he lie flat on the ground, and got kicked by a lot of people, he was, also, force fed fecal matters, with his face covered in the disgusting materials, he’d looked, painful, and his abusers even, streamed the footages of he enduring the abuse, LIVE. The police found, that the case has to do with drug trafficking, and they’d already found the three men who were there on the night, the D.A.’s office is commanding the investigations on the matter.
On the thirtieth of last month, there were three segments of the man, Chu, being force fed the fecal maters, the total length of the video footage was about five minutes. In the recording, Chu was handcuffed, with multiple men in flipflops, speaking in a Taiwanese accent, kicking him, and force fed him the fecal matters, and called him “garbage”, “I’m in charge of Chihshan here”, etc., etc., etc.
The victim, Chu looked in pain, and in the end, he’d, vomited out dark-colored items, with the onlookers, the bystanders laughing and joking, asking, “What, does it, taste good?” “it’s just right, that you’re now, puking out SHIT!”, and during the torture sessions, someone used a cell phone, to stream the footage of his abuse live.
Based off of understanding, on the day that Chu was forcibly taken, his family got worried, and notified the police, the police zoomed in on the license plates, but Chu returned home three hours later, told his families that he was okay; until the video came out, the abuser shouted out, “Chihshan”, and, the Chihshan police substation confirmed that Chu was the victim in the footage, and called him in.
Chu claimed, that on the evening of the twenty-seventh of last month, he was forcibly, dragged out of his own home, dragged to the public cemeteries in the forest regions, the man force fed the fecal matter he had prepared, and they abused and kept him captive for three hours then released him, and he was afraid of retaliation, that was why he’d not notified the police.
The police then chased down the perpetrators with the license plate number, notified the owner of the car, the fifty-year-old Lien, the thirty-year-old Hong, and the twenty-seven-year-old, Chuang too, the three were evasive in answering the inquiries of the police, and told that they were only there to watch, that they’d not gotten involved in the torture of the victim.
The police found, that recently, Chu got mixed in a court case that was drug-related, and owed a huge sum of money for it, that was why he was forcibly taken; and because this was physical abuse, and torture, and streamed live, the Kaohsiung City Criminal Investigations Squad also got involved in the investigations, currently, they’re looking at the case as being a drug trafficking group, and, the footages showed, that there were, MORE than three perpetrators, they’d notified the D.A.’s offices to put out an active arrest warrant for all those who were involved.
And so, this, is how it goes, you got, messed up in some bad business and you were dragged out, tortured, and you were, too scared to speak up, and, that is just how it usually goes, when the victims of torture, abuse, are too afraid to speak up, and that, is how the abuse continues.
