Misfortunes, of this, young lad’s, life here, getting BEATEN up to becoming LEGALLY blind here, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The technical high school student, Lee, in February of 2018, outside of a net café, was ganged up by the sixteen-year-old adolescent male, Hsieh and his group, he’d gotten injured in his left eye, head, arms, and feet and legs, his corrected eye sight from his left eye was originally 1.0, and after he was injured, he’d been diagnosed with cataracts caused by physical injuries, and after the corrective measures, his eye sight was, reduced even more, and he’d asked the teenager who’d beaten him to pay for the damages; the Taichung District Court gave out the verdict of Hsieh and his father needed to pay Lee a total of $3,549,898N.T.s.  This can still be appealed.

Lee the technical high school student claimed, that in the midnight hours of February 25th, 2018, with his group members, Chih, and the guys nicknamed, “Gilette” and Windy”, and others, ganged up on him in front of a net café in Taichung, causing contusions in his left eye, and hemorrhage, he’d sustained external injuries on his head, contusions on his right arm, back, and both his legs too; and after the treatments by the doctors, he had cataract from trauma out of his left eye, hematoma on his optical nerves, and a rupture of his eye too, and after the corrective measures, he was, legally, visually, impaired.

Afterwards, the adolescent, Hsieh was sent to juvenile detention, and as the man, Chih turned himself in, the Taichung D.A.’s office charged him too; Lee asked for payments on his physical ailments, and because he had myopia from before the physical assault, and after the corrections of glasses, his left eye can see, and afterwards, even after the corrective measures, his left eye is now, legally, blind, he’d asked Hsieh and his father to pay for the reduced labor ability of over $2.54 million N.T.s, and one million N.T. for emotional distress and the medical charges.

The youth who’d assaulted him, along with his father didn’t show up, nor did they state on the papers why the son did what he’d done.  The judge considered, that Hsieh had, beaten Lee to severely injured, attacked Lee’s body, impacted his health, that the father and son both had to pay for the damages the son had done to the victim.  The judge believed, that the amount of asking is more than reasonable, and mandated the Hsieh, and his father pay the victim a total of over $3.54 million N.T.’s.

Because this young man was severely injured that he’d become, legally blind, that was why he’d sued the teen who’d, beaten him and the teen’s father too, and he had EVERY right to, because, he was victimized, and he’d sustained the physical injuries that will follow him for the rest of his life, and the perpetrators deserved to be punished severely too!
