The importance, of regular EXERCISES when we’re, still younger, from the doctor’s desk here, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The recent cold fronts came one right after, another, and another, the warm packs are out of stock in the shops, there is an influx of vascular patients to the hospitals, and as a physician, I feel compelled, to say something!
what we all need to do…right now…

Rather than using the heats from those warm packs to keep yourselves warm, hiding indoors, you should exercise, to elevate your core body temperatures, that way, you won’t feel cold anymore. And, strokes and myocardial infarction happen, because of the cold weather, causing the blood vessels to contract too fast, causing the sudden hikes in blood pressures; elevating the temperatures outside of your bodies, can only help the blood vessels from contracting when the temperature’s too cold, but the density, the speed to which the blood flows is unchanged, and, exercising can help you reach the standards of threes posed by the cardiologists (three times a week/thirty-minutes each time, upping the heartrate to over 130 beats per minute), and, replenish tons of fluids, and you can, increase the amount of blood pumped from the heart, speed up the process. The blood vessels are like the pipes in the sewage systems, the blood flow that’s too slow, can cause the bad cholesterols to pile up around the walls of the blood vessels, and once there’s a blockage, it would cause a stroke in the brains, myocardial infarction in the hearts. The volume of blood flow after an exercise is fast and high in volume, washing clean those walls of your blood vessels.
to prevent…

And the used up heating packs are an environmental concern too, so, DO save the heating packs for those elderly disabled individuals. At age sixty-five, I’d, continued exercising, once, I’d accompanied a member of the younger generation on a hike, he’d not exercised regularly, at the rest stop, he’d started, panting like a dog, the elderly hikers who was close by gave him sound advice, “you’d rather pant it all out right now up on the mountains, than to start panting hard inside the hospitals when you’re elderly!”, I’m staying healthy, and able-bodied here, I hope you are, too.
And so, this, is a warning to ALL of us, younger generations, IF we don’t keep up with a normal and regular exercise routine when we are still younger and agile enough, then, when we’re older, we have NO other options but to, WAIT on those hospital, nursing home beds, growing our, BEDSORES, waiting for DEATH. You want to live longer, move more! That, is the KEY point here!!!
My brother really helps me with exercises. Really keeps me healthy. Great post
