She would’ve been a HELL of a LOT, better off left, in foster care, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The man, Lin and his wife, Tsai two years ago, started fostering a two-year-old young girl, and in the process of the foster care, they’d beaten her with a club, and not fed food to her, in just nine short months, their daughter had abrasions all over her body, bruising, last April, the child went into a coma, and was taken to the hospital, and the hospital found that she’d only weighed 7.9 kilograms, showed signs of severe developmental delays, the Kaohsiung D.A.’s Office investigated, and found the two foster parents involved in domestic violence, charged them with preventing a young child from developing normally.

As the case was out in the open, the young girl was placed by the department of social services in Kaohsiung, during the time of police and district attorney’s investigations, she’d, slowly, caught up to the weights and the heights of children her age, she’d grown fuller at the cheeks too.

Based off of understanding, Tsai (age 46) had three daughters, and a son, none of whom were from the same father, her eldest is already in her twenties, the young child in the case is the youngest, she is from Tsai’s current husband, Lin (age 49), born back in June of 2017, at first, the two couldn’t afford to keep her, and sent her off to adoption until July second of 2019, did they take her back and raised her on their own.

The D.A. found, that Lin had often used the bats, the wires, or his bare fists, to beat up the young girl, and he’d carried her, and shook her too, Tsai also beaten her own young too, the two limited the child in her foods, and sometimes, didn’t give her anything to eat at all, causing the young girl to live in a state of hunger constantly, she’d become, developmentally, delayed physically.

Last year on April 29th, the child went into a coma from a subdural hematoma, was taken to the E.R. of the hospital of Kaohsiung Medical University, the hospital found that the child had multiple contusions on her face, and her body, dermatitis on her butt, she hadn’t had her nails trimmed at all, showed all the classic signs of child abuse, and, her malnutrition showed potassium and sodium deficiencies.

The hospital found, that as the child was taken in she was already two years and ten months old, but only weighed in at 7.9 kilograms, and her height was only 2’7, clearly, way below average compared to young girls her age.

As Lin was brought in for questioning, he’d claimed, that as he fed his daughter, she’d thrown the foods around, played with the foods, and he’d, “disciplined” her with the toy slapper; Tsai admitted to physically punishing her young when she’d, “misbehaved”, and testified, that her husband had smacked her feet with a computer wire as she’d, misbehaved herself; the second daughter testified that she saw her mother and uncle discipline her younger sister.

The couple claimed that they got too busy making a living that they’d not fed the child at the set times, the D.A. found, that the two would return home late, and had their mentally decapacitated eldest daughter take care of the young child, they’d not fulfilled the responsibilities for caring for their own young; while the other three children weren’t abused.

And so, this is, directed, toward, this youngest child, because she’s, the “runt” of the pack, developmentally delayed, and the parents, they didn’t take good care of her, instead, they’d, USED her as a PUNCHING bag, starved her, and they deserve harsh punishments for what they’d done to this young child that they have together.
