He Opened up a Janitorial Company for His Son’s Sake, Helping the Handicapped, the Released Inmates Find a Way to Make Their Own Living

Story of an ordinary man, who’d, made, extraordinary, differences, in the lives, of others, off of the Newspapers, translated…

Chang, who originally worked in the biotech industries, made hundred thousands per month, was well-paid.  In order to help his own son with autism have a viable skill to help him leave, he’d decided, to set up a janitorial company, training the handicapped individuals, to offer them the opportunities for work, and hired the homeless, the released inmates as the employees of the company, to help them start anew in their lives.  His beliefs are, supported by more and more members of the public, which help gave the handicapped individuals a chance at making their own living.

and yes, the link works!

The forty-eight year-old Chang, originally worked as a sales department manager at a biotech company, he’d wanted to help his son developed a set of skills that he could, live off of, he’d quit abruptly, and started in entrepreneurship, in 2013, he’d set up the “Home Beauty Cleaning Agency”.  The company was named “Home Beautification”, hoping, that he can bring the feeling of clean and beauty to the homes his firms offered the services to.

Chang’s son is twenty-four now, after he’d trained him personally, he’d now become, a patient, a careful, fast hand in cleaning.

The “Home Beauty Cleaning Agency” started out with only just three employees at startup, and now, there are, currently, over six hundred, of them, half are handicapped individuals, at first, the clients would complain of how slow they’d, worked, and he’d communicated with these clients, and, used the actions of the agility of his workers, to prove to the clients, and there are now, more and more clients who are, more than, willing to, give these handicapped persons a chance.

Other than the physically handicapped, Chang also hired the homeless on the streets, as well as those released inmates who are, trying, to get back to living their lives, anew, provided the dorms for the employees who are, in need.  Chang said, “rather than giving them a fish, I’d much rather give them a fishing rod to teach them to fish on their own”, and currently, his firm had successfully, helped, over two thousand people to return back to the society, to help the homeless who are willing, and able to work, a place to live, and work, the released inmates also, learned, to use their own means, to begin anew, found that self-confidence back again through working, the success rate for the inmates is at sixty, to seventy-percent.

Chang’s cleaning agency is also, expanding, from the one company in Taichung, it’d, expanded all across Taiwan to ten franchises to date.  He said, he’d not taken the franchise fees, but the franchisers must carry the same values of giving those who are in need of assistance a chance, hoped, that he could set up a location locally across all of Taiwan, to help pass on the kindness.

And so, this man began, with the thought, of helping his own son who has autism get a viable skill, and, in the process, his firm gave the chances that the homeless, the reformed, released inmates a chance at a brand new beginning of life, and this, is the sort of a social welfare enterprises that we’re, in need of more today!
