The fifty-seven-year-old man, Liang, was suspected of being in an upsetting romance, on New Year’s Day, he’d forcibly taken the forty-two-year-old Chinese woman, Lee onto his car, Lee fought back, and Lee took out the knife he carried, and stabbed her to death; on the same night Liang had, turned himself in, the district attorneys thought his methods of murdering was too cruel, that he’d, premeditated it, asked the courts to have him in custody which the courts allowed.
Based off of understanding, Liang is a professional driver, Lee was divorced, with a daughter, the daughter lived with her ex, but during the New Year’s holiday, she’d come to stay with her; on New Year’s Eve, Lee told how she wanted to take her child out, but, because Liang didn’t have his own car, Lee called another man up in Liang’s face, they started arguing, and left on a bad note.
At around one in the afternoon on New Year’s Day, Liang took Chen’s car to Lee’s work to wait for her, as Lee showed, he’d gone up, to ask for her hug, she’d, brushed him off, he got angered, and attempted to pull her into the car, it wasn’t, successful, and he’d pulled out that fruit knife which he had in his coat pocket, and started stabbing her body and arms, as Chen saw, he got out of the car to try to stop him, Lee ran away, injured.
Liang chased her with the knife in his hand, as Lee ran for about a hundred meters, Liang caught up with her, and, he’d stabbed her on her left cervical spine, as well as her left thorax, and multiple times on her left arm, until Lee fell to the ground, did he run off, the witnesses called it in, Lee was rushed to the hospital, but she’d, died.
The police started chasing after Liang, Liang knew he wasn’t going to escape, he’d, turned himself in at ten on the night, was charged with murder, the D.A. asked the courts to have him in custody, which the courts mandated; the man who drove Liang, Chen told, that he’d not known that Liang had a knife, and was sent back after the interrogations.
The head of the D.A.’s office in Nantou, Wu stated, that there was a 3.5 centimeter blunt force wound on the left side of Lee’s neck, causing the bleeding on her left cervical artery, the precise cause of her death will come out later today, after the autopsy was, completed. And the D.A.’s office is also checking if there’s an accomplice, or if there are other details of the case they weren’t made aware of yet.
