Lo, who’d drugged and RAPED two adolescent girls, who’d planned to hide out in his basement in his parents’ mansion to escape prison, couldn’t change his pedophilic tendencies, at the end of August of this year, he’d once again, attempted to entice a fourteen-year-old from Kaohsiung, took her hostage, kept her lock up in the basement, drugged her, and, took shots of her nude. The Kaohsiung D.A.’s Office indicted him on charges of luring, and other charges, asked for eleven years, the Kaohsiung District Court also mandated his custody yesterday.
The D.A. pointed out, that Lo (age 31) in 2018, had been charged on two cases of drugging and raping, he’d not thought about what he’d done wrong then, used the EXACT same measures again. Lo admitted to his fetish of liking young girls, the D.A. believed he could NOT control himself, that his mind was deranged, to the point of pathological, that there’s a high chance that he will, offend again.
The D.A. also found, that Lo’s wife, Yeh (age 19), his friend, Lu (age 37), the super of the building, Wang (age 29), helped him covered up, misleading the police investigations, delayed the time to rescue the teen, charged them all with harboring a convict, and asked the courts to sentence them severely.
The D.A.’s investigations showed, Lo who had worked as a security guard knew the rape charges are serious, he’d built in the secret compartments of his mansion; on July 23rd, his wife went to the police precincts, to file a missing person’s report on him falsely.
The D.A. found, he’d multiple times used the claims of connecting the adolescent girls with work, used the same methods, to “hire part-time workers” in competitive video gaming, the fourteen-year-old adolescent girl from Kaohsiung came for the job, Lo continued to use cash, cell phone, etc., etc., etc., to get her to meet him, and met the girl privately twice, and claimed that he had a formal job offer to give to her later. The adolescent took the high-speed rail from Kaohsiung to Hsinchu to meet him, and was lifted to the mansion by Lu.
Lo took the girl into the secret compartment of the mansion, spiced her drink, she’d had it, and fell unconscious, then Lo took sexually illicit photos of her. And, he’d paid Lu $3,000N.T. for him to drive the adolescent girl’s cell phone around, then, dumped the cell phone at Yonghe, Hsinbei, to mislead the police in the investigations, Lo’s wife, and Wang, the super of the building saw the police asking questions, they’d helped covered up too, on September first, as the police conducted the third search of his home, that was when they’d finally discovered the secret compartment of the mansion and rescued the adolescent girl out.
After Lo and his three accomplices were arrested, they were kept in police custody, out of contact with anyone they knew, Lo’s wife and the super of his building, Wang were out on bail at the end of October. Yesterday, the Kaohsiung District Court believed that Lo runs a flight risk, that he might destroy the evidence, and he is capable of offending again, continued to keep him in police custody, Lu was out on bail of $100,000N.T.s.
And so, this is still, an ABUSER/ENABLER interaction style, had nobody gone along with this LOSER’s plans, then, he probably, wouldn’t have been able to take the teen in, and kept her in his custody for so long, but, he was the mastermind, his friend, the driver, his wife, and the super of his residential building, they all, ENABLED him, which made them, EQUALLY, guilty in this whole thing!
