The man, Chen, to get even for a female friend, Lin, forcibly took her ex-boyfriend, Yeh, stuffed him into the trunk, took him to an abandoned factory, and, clubbed him, not only did he beat Yeh until he fell limp to the ground, he’d, shoved Yeh into a dog kennel too, and, he’d, injected him with too much heroin, causing Yeh to go into shock, and die, the autopsy reports by the D.A.’s office showed that Yeh died of multiple organ failure, and overdose, and charged Chen and four others on manslaughter, and another man, Lu is still at large.
The case started because Yeh believed that his ex, Lin owed him money, on August 16th of this year, had two friends, came with him, took Lin out, while Lin asked Chen (age 48) as company for that confrontation call, in the process, the two parties engaged, and, they hit each other’s cars, then, exited the car, started, brawling, in the chaos, the friend of Lin, drove Yeh’s car away, while Yeh also, drove Chen’s car away with a friend too.
Because Chen had $300,000N.T. in cash in his car, he’d wanted his car and cash back, he’d led eleven people including Cheng, and tracked down the GPS on his car, found Yeh at Hukou, Hsinchu, the group forced open the car door, and, dragged Yeh, put him into the trunk of another car, lifted him to a factory in Yangmei, Taoyuan.
Chen was upset that Yeh took his car, started clubbing Yeh down, to the point of Yeh sustaining the head and facial lacerations, multiple fractures, in the end, Yeh fell to the ground, in order to prevent Yeh from escaping, he’d hollered the other men, to stuff Yeh into a dog kennel, then, bound his wrists, and kept him in their custody.
During which time, Chen and Yeh’s common friend, a woman, Tseng heard what happened and came to the factory building to show her concern, found Yeh covered with injuries, and he was going through the withdrawal symptoms of drugs, she’d used the heroin she had on her, and, injected him with it, until the following day, when Yeh’s younger cousin, Lin came to mediate, did Chen finally agree, to allow Yeh to leave the dog kennel he was, kept in, but, as Yeh was taken to the hospital, he’d, still, DIED from the severe injuries.
In the interrogations of the district attorney’s offices, Chen admitted to abusing Yeh, stuffing him into the kennel, but was evasive of the details, and Tseng admitted, that she saw Yeh having a relapse, that she’d, shot him up with heroin too.
And so, this, is really awful, I mean, what drove you to commit this murder, is the thought of getting even, for someone who thought she was, wronged by the man, and, you’d used, such cruel measures, to commit the murder, and you DESERVE to get a very long prison sentence, because you’d, knowingly, MURDERED someone, and for what? To get him back, for his, ex-girlfriend’s, sake…
