A SLAP on that wrist of his, for SCAMMING large dollar amounts, this is still, way too, lenient, for this, con artist! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The man, Chih Huang who managed to scam the then president, Chen using tarot cards, was accused of falsifying himself as the secretary of the assistant CEO, Song of Goldman Sachs’s Asian branches, scammed the money for the transaction fees, on the first trial, he was given a year and two months, and his forgery of paperwork gained him four months in prison, which he can pay a fine for. The High Courts believed that the enterprises are equally responsible, for getting scammed, that the sentence passed down in the first trial was way too harsh, yesterday, gave Huang the reduced sentence of six months, and he can pay the fines and not serve any time in prison.
The Judge: I Hope that Chih Huang Can Find His True Self
The judge, Chou stated, that the trading company and the car company, to suck up to the rich, didn’t check the facts, that they were, equally, responsible, that Huang had already paid the amount he’d scammed back, hoped that he could face up to what he’d done in the past, and, find his way again.
In 2016, Huang claimed himself to be the secretary of Song, falsely stated that he was helping Song buy the commodities, and asked the KGI to discount the transaction fees, to give the discount vouchers to him as a VIP. Huang also falsified himself as a family member of the Cathay Group, and scammed the car company for an Audi A8 and drove it for ten days and twenty-one hours, and he’d also used the falsified identity of a former boyfriend to someone, a dentist, Chou to rent a stay.
The High Courts believed, that Huang only made no more than $20,000N.T. illegal profits from the stocks trading agency, that the car’s rent per day is only a little over $80,000N.T.s, that the punishment for the first trial was, way too harsh. And, Huang had found that the rich had the “economical benefits” illegally, that it was because the victims’ companies trusted that he was good on his words, that they traders didn’t cross check their facts first.
Huang claimed, that reason why he’d done this was to suck up to Chou, a former boyfriend. The High Courts believed, that Huang thought he could boast about how rich he is in front of the man, Chou, to show his connection to the upper class, that he could get him to like him, that subjectively, this didn’t hurt the society, that the case is built upon “the special relations”, giving the “discounts” because one is from a higher status quo, that this was NOT a good example.
The High Courts believed, that Huang needed to be corrected, to resocialized, and counseled, that fining him heavily won’t do him any good, that if he was sent to prison long-term, it wouldn’t do anything to help him get socialized to behave correctly.
And so, this, would be, H-O-W, this scam artist, managed, to CHEAT the system, and, it’s not entirely his fault (who are we kidding here!), as his victims are, equally, GUILTY, and this is still, an ABUSER/ENABLER interactions, because those who got scammed are enticed by his claims of, changing their fates, or making more money, that’s why they are all, victimized, and, yeah, this guy that’s the scam artist, DOES, need to get, resocialized the RIGHT way too!
