She was Displeased that Her Mother Had Been Against Her Boyfriend, So She’d Hired Him to Murder Her, Sentenced to Fifteen Years & a Half

The verdict’s in, for that “murder for hire” here, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The woman, Cheng in Kaohsiung was displeased at how her mother wouldn’t let her date, told her boyfriend, Han to murder her own mother, they’d conspired, to commit the murder when her mother was shopping at the local marketplace, Han used fruit knife, stabbed Cheng’s mother’s neck, causing her to die, the Highest Courts sentenced Cheng to fifteen years six months for murdering her own next-of-kin, stripped her of her public office post for eight years, case closed.

As Cheng filed for her third appeal, she’d claimed that she suffered from diminished capacity for thinking, that she qualifies for the reduction of sentence, but the Highest Courts believed, that Cheng described her telling her boyfriend what to do, when to do it, she was thorough in her describing the process of hiring her boyfriend for murder, and told her boyfriend, Han to hide afterwards, to not get found, which showed, she was of a sound mind then, that she’d shown, NO signs of diminished thinking capacities, tossed back the appeal.

As for Hang, for the first and second trials, he was sentenced to thirteen years eight months, and taken off his government position for seven years, he’d not gone for a third appeal, the sentence of his second trial confirmed.

The verdict pointed out, that Cheng (age 19) and Han (age 20) met online back in 2017, they started seeing one another the following year, and Cheng was displeased with how her mother was too strict, preventing her from dating Han, and her mother checked her phone daily, and, thought of murdering her own mother, and, told Han to murder her mother for her, as Han was having second thoughts, she’d threatened him, “So, I don’t think I will be fitted for my wedding gown anymore!”, “let’s just, break up then”.

On July 12th, 2018, Han went to the shop, bought a fruit knife, and, took the opportunity that Cheng’s mother took her to the markets to shop, ambushed in the parking lot close by, and, as Cheng’s mother finished her groceries and entered into the parking lot, he’d, rushed out, and, stabbed Cheng’s mother on the neck, causing her to bleed excessively, the mother was rushed to the hospital, but lost too much blood, and died, afterwards, he took Cheng on the run with him.

Cheng, as she was caught, admitted to telling her boyfriend to murder her own mother, and that the motive was how her mother always told, “you can’t date in high school yet”, that she’d checked her phone by the day, she’d wanted to get away from her mother’s control, in a moment of foolishness, the thought of murder came to her; Han told, that he was in love with Cheng, and, as she’d used breaking up to control him, that was why he’d, lost his mind, and murdered his girlfriend’s mother.

During the court trials, the families stated that they were willing to forgive Cheng and Han, that they’d not wanted them to get the death penalty or even life-terms, hoped that they can return back to society soon, to do something to contribute to this world; the Highest Courts believed, that they were honest in admitting what they did, that there’s next to no chance that they will commit murder again, tossed back the appeals, maintained the original verdicts.

And so, this, is how these teens tend to, overreact, and, there IS a valid reason for why your mother didn’t want you to see that guy you want to see, because he’s a bad seed, and, because you let your raging hormones take over you (as teens would???), you’d, abetted your boyfriend, to MURDER your own mother, and, you only received a term of fifteen and a half years for murder.
