The charges are dropped, because the two settled it out of court, because it was, an “accident”, that the man slashed the woman’s neck, and, he had, compressed against her neck to stop her from, bleeding out, and so, this attempted murder charge, didn’t stand in court! The legally blind masseur, Su was displeased at how his cohabiting partner, Tsai took all their money, he was accused of using a knife and slashing Tsai’s throat, and strangled her too, he was charged with attempted murder by the district attorney’s offices; during his trial, the courts believed, that Su didn’t intend to strangle Tsai, that was his trying to stop her from bleeding out after he’d hurt her, that he didn’t have the intentions of murder, that the case is only a physical assault, and because Tsai dropped the pursuits, the case was dropped.
The indictment stated, that on the afternoon of April 20th this year, Su was displeased at how Tsai withdrew money from his bank account, and because they were altercating about the managing of the massage parlor they co-owned, he’d wanted to kill her.
Back then, Su carried a craft knife walked toward Tsai, from the back, he’d made sure of the spot on her neck, and at the moment when she wasn’t paying attention, he’d, come from behind her, and slashed her across the neck, causing her to sustain a seven-centimeter laceration across her neck, as Tsai realized she’d been injured, she’d covered up her neck, and fell to the floor.
Su took the opportunity, to pin Tsai down, strangled Tsai at the neck, as the victim called out for help, the neighbors heard and notified the police, the district attorney believed that Su had intentions of murder, and charged him on attempted murder.
During the trial, Su claimed, “I didn’t know how much of the blade of the craft knife was out, I’d not made sure the location on her neck, I was so emotional, and just, turned around, and, I’d, slashed her, I’m blind, can’t see, I didn’t know where I’d injured her, I’d slipped on her blood alongside her, she landed on my left hand as she fell, and I’d, tried to find where I’d injured her, and tried to stop the bleeding for her, and I’d, compressed the wound with my right hand for her.”
The paramedic, Wu testified, that as the paramedics arrived, Tsai had stopped bleeding, that Tsai may have misunderstood Su’s behaviors of compressing her neck to stop her bleeding as strangling her, that was why during the interrogations, she’d accused him of strangling her.
The Collectivist Courts considered, that Su and Tsai had been cohabiting partners for seven years, that even though they’d broken up at the time of the incident, but they were like family to one another, that Su didn’t have the intentions, nor the motives of murdering Tsai, that as the crime happened, being completely blind, Su was worked up, and waved a knife, and injured Tsai, that he’d not, aimed at her neck, that there was NO intentions of murder, he was only responsible for physically assaulting her.
And because the assault charges are based off of the plaintiffs, and Tsai had settled with Su out of court, and so, the case wasn’t, processed in the courts.
Uh yeah, this is what you get, for LOSING it, and, maybe, the intentions of murder was NOT there, but the FACT was, that the man, did, SLICE the woman’s NECK, and he still, got off easy, because they decided to, settle it out of court.
