A single mother Wu in February of this year, drugged her own seven-year-old daughter and six-year-old son, then, strangled them both to death. During her trial at the Hsinbei District Courts, Wu showed NO signs of remorse over what she did to her children, only complained of how she was left alone to care for her two children, that she had NO freedom to herself, the judge believed that she’d lacked the respect for life in general, with absolutely, NO humanity in her, that she’d broken the rules regarding the rights of children seriously, sentenced her to death on the murder charges yesterday, and she is to be stripped of her government post for life; this can still be appealed.
The verdict pointed out, in 2014, after Wu was divorced she was left alone to raise her own son and daughter, she didn’t have stable work, relied on her older brother and sister-in-law for money, but had often gotten into arguments with them too.
On February 13th of this year, Wu had argument with her families on her schedules and the discipline of her own children, she took her children to a motel, and inside the motel, she tried to smother her children to death, but the children struggled and fought hard, she’d not succeeded; on the fifteenth, she’d, drugged her children again, and didn’t care that her children had, struggled in their sleep, strangled them both to death with a scout’s rope, then, texted her ex, saying that she will kill herself too.
During the trials, Wu admitted bluntly to what she’d done to her two children, but showed no sense of noting what she’d done was evil, only claimed, that for the past seven years, she was left alone, to raise her own children, that she had to live with the whispers, the gawks from all around her, that she’d had a hard time finding work too, that she had to take her kids along with her for twenty-four hours a day, with no freedom of time of her own; and later, she’d not shown any signs of emotion toward the death of her own children, nor showed any signs of remorse.
Wu’s attorney filed for a psych evaluation for her, the results showed that she was of sound mind as she’d committed the murders. The collectivist courts believed, that Wu’s testimonies were her ways of justifying murdering her own children, that it won’t be easy to reform her again.
The judge believed, that as Wu was committing the murders, her children cried and tried to fight, but she’d not stopped, and strangled them to death, she’d used a more than cruel, cold-blooded manner to murder them, for the sake of expressing her displease, that she was full of malice.
Considering how she’d broken the rules of protection of children’s rights, and her crimes met the requisite of “a most severe sort of crime”, that if she’s not separated from the society forever, then, she may break down and commit murder again, or hurt others seriously, due to her inability to control her own emotions.
And so, this, is probably an antisocial personality that this woman had, because she’d not shown ANY signs of remorse, for brutally murdering her own children, and, the courts believed, that there’s NO way to reform her again, so, death penalty seemed to be just for the crimes she’d committed. And she DESERVES to D-I-E, for brutally murdering her own young because she got tired of having them around.
