M-A-N-S-L-A-U-G-H-T-E-R here, from losing control of yourself!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Yang went out with his families for supper, and the fifty-eight-year-old man, Chu kept harassing him, asking for a cigarette, Yang was upset of how Chu kept bugging him, grabbed Chu at the collar, pushed him down hard, Chu hit the back of the head as he fell to the pavement, he was rushed to the hospital, and the EMT worked on him for two days, and he’d, died.  The Shihlin District Court charged Yang with manslaughter, sentenced him to seven years four months, this can still be appealed.

The verdict pointed out, at around five in the evening on December 28th of 2018, Yang was out with his families to a food shop in Shijr, he was displeased at how the man, Chu kept asking for a cigarette, he’d grabbed Chu on the collar, pushed him hard, Chu’s head hit the tiles on the pavement, fell to the ground; as Yang and his families left, the shop called the emergency services and the police, and Chu died on December 30th on external injuries on his head, fractured skull, subdural hematoma, along with brain damages.

Yang claimed, that while they were altercating, Chu’s feet caught his own feet, that was what caused him to fall backwards; during the time he was being treated at the mental hospital ward, thought that Chu was threatening his family, he’d lost emotional control and fought him.  The defense claimed, that Yang was preventing Chu from hurting his ex-wife, his son, and his grandmother, that it was justifiable self-defense.

But, the surveillance camera footages showed, that in the pulling and pushing, the feet weren’t touching each other, the Collectivist Courts believed, that Yang’s families weren’t threatened or injured, that Yang used excessive force in warning Chu to back off, that it’s hard to confirm it was, “self-defense”.

The Collectivist Courts found, that Yang and Chu didn’t know one another, Yang was younger and stronger built, and because Chu who’s smaller in frame kept asking him for cigarettes, he’d gotten angered in the moment, grabbed his collar, and, shoved Chu backward, that although he’d not gone any further in physical assaulting the man, but it’d, caused the man to die.

The courts considered how Yang couldn’t control his temper, and, shoved Chu, killing him, charged him on manslaughter, sentenced him to seven years four months.

And so, this time, the “insanity plea” didn’t work, because you KNEW what you were doing, pushing the man so hard to the ground, and yeah, maybe, the deceased was annoying, but not to the point of harassing you and your family, but due to your history of emotional instability, that was what made you react so violent, killing the man, and now, you’re, charged.
