The Der-Yi Hsu criminal group was suspected of murdering the adolescent girl, Tsai, and Huang, the stashed them both inside kegs, of them, the adolescent, Tsai’s body was, kept in the knife factory that Hsu, the head of the criminal group’s factory, right there, on the, vacant lot, and the keg was only, taped up; while Hsu’s parents lived at the location, and they’d lived alongside the keg with the dead body without even knowing it that they had, Hsu even told his parents “don’t ask too much.”
The police investigated, that Tsai is from a single parent home, her mother worked odds and ends in Yilan to make a living, they were poverty stricken; in May of 2017, Tsai was accused falsely for taking three million dollars N.T. alone, was tortured to death; later, in order to make his accomplices believe that Tsai was a mole, he’d gone to Yilan, Tsai’s home, to ask for the money to be paid back to him by her mother, and he’d gone to the member of his gang, the boyfriend of Tsai, Wang to get the money back, threatened that he must, take responsibility for his girlfriend.
Based off of understanding, as Tsai was being tortured, the boyfriend, Wang was present, watching, but didn’t dare speak up for his girlfriend, worried that Hsu might come after him as well, the adolescent girl was, murdered in the end, Wang was also, taken into police custody; later, Hsu thought “the most dangerous place is the safest”, put Tsai into the plastic barrel, sealed up the barrel, placed her body inside his parents’ factory and home in Fengyuan District.
Hsu’s nickname, “Brother Guan”, was caught on the twentieth as he hid out in Hualien; as the neighbors learned of the body that was stashed there, they were very shocked, started gossiping. The locals told, that as Hsu saw them from before, he’d always greeted them, very kind, couldn’t believe that he was a murderer, someone who’d brutally committed murders, and disposed of the victims’ bodies in such a horribly manner.
Twelve years ago, Hsu had recruited the college, and high school students to join in a biker gang, to rob, while Hsu is the mastermind of the crimes; as Hsu was caught back then, he was sentenced to ten years six months, he was paroled out in March of 2015, and shortly after he was released, he’d not just committed fraud, conned people of their money, he’d also, committed, murders too.
So, this murderer needs to either get put behind bars for the rest of his life, because like the previous records showed, he’d done it again, and it was even worse this second time, or he should, get shot, that way, at least, this country would then, have, one less bad guy to worry about.
