The Infant Boy Choked to Death of His Formula, the Nanny Was Pregnant & Begged the Courts to Show Mercy, Was Denied It

An infant still D-I-E-D, due to the caretaker’s, NEGLECT here!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The nanny, Wu, two years ago was suspected of leaving a two-months-old young infant boy alone on his own in the bedrooms, an hour later, she was shocked to find that the baby had died from choking on the formula, rushed him to the hospital, but he’d, died, the first trial found her guilty of manslaughter, sentenced her to a year four months; Wu filed for an appeal this May, used the fact that she was pregnant with her second child, the Kaohsiung High Subsidiary Courts considered how she is due soon, and that she’d waited until her verdict was set to give birth, maintained the original sentence, this can be appealed.

The verdict pointed out, that the 32-year-old nanny, Wu is married, with a three-year-old young child, and is a registered homecare nanny, started on November 27 two years ago, she started nannying the infant who was born in October of the same year, Lee.

A week later, at around seven in the morn on December 4th, after Wu fed the infant, she’d left him alone in the third-floor bedroom to nap, headed out to buy breakfast, and asked her mother who lives with her to help watch the baby.

At 7:20 in the morn that day, Wu returned home to eat breakfast with her mother, until 8:30 when she finally went upstairs, she’d found the infant had choked on the formulas and had died, he was limp, face all white, Wu performed emergency resuscitation measures on the infant, didn’t work, then rushed him to the hospital, the infant was declared dead at 9:40 on the morning.

The infant’s parents were older, and he was an only son, during the trials, the parents accused Wu for murder, while the courts found her responsible, but couldn’t establish the intent for murder, found her guilty of death by negligence, sentenced her to a year four months.

The district attorney filed for an appeal, stated that Wu was severe in her neglect, at first, she’d claimed that the infant was originally ill, didn’t examine her own behaviors, nor reached a settlement agreement with the families; Wu also appealed, said that she couldn’t pay for the settlement fees because she wasn’t economically well, that the sentence was way too severe, and begged that she was already pregnant with her second born, that being in prison will have a dire effect on her unborn child.

The second trial at the Collectivist Courts believed, that the original verdict was fitting to her crime, that she was pregnant, but will be due soon, and by the time the trial ends, she would’ve, given birth already, maintained the rulings.

And so, because of your carelessness, an infant was murdered, and you use the excuse of how you are pregnant, and you don’t want to have your child in prison as an excuse, to try and WEASEL your way out?  Thankfully, the justice system is smarter than that, and saw right through it, because you had, caused an innocent baby boy to die, and it’s your, carelessness that’s, caused the demise of this, young, infant boy, and you will pay for what you did, or in this case, didn’t do enough of.
