The Younger Son Insisted on Suing the Father, the Older Brother Angry & Wanted to Smack Him
The forty-five-year-old Lin and his twenty-one year-old son argued on who should use the car, he flashed a gun out of anger to threaten his son, his son escaped the house, and went directly to the police, told them, “My father has a gun”, and insisted on pressing charges; the police arrived, arrested Lin, and found two altered guns, and forty shots, and charged the man on firearms and weapon possessions and threats, the district attorney’s asked the courts to take the man into custody and the courts signed off.
The police investigated, that Lin is a truck driver, he’d not got along with his twenty-one-year-old younger son regularly, they’d argued often; on the sixth, Lin went shopping, and drove out on his youngest son’s sedan without asking him first, afterwards the father and son got into it, the son got furious, and kicked down Lin’s bedroom door, Lin pulled out the gun and threatened him, the son was thrilled, ran out of the house, immediately called the police, told them, “My father owns a gun, he’d threatened me with it in an argument.”
The police arrived, and Lin denied the accusations, claimed that he’d picked up a “black screwdriver”, but because the youngest son insisted that he saw a gun, the police did a search, and they were able to recover a box, with two altered guns and forty bullets inside in the ditch out back.
And that was when Lin admitted to the police that he’d bought the guns and ammunition for his collection to the police, that he’d never used it, that it was because he was so furious, he’d not planned to hurt his own son.
Based off of understanding, Lin had two sons with his ex, the youngest was raised by his paternal grandmother, Lin originally worked in Kaohsiung, in recent two years, he’d moved back in with his son, they’d rarely interacted; that day, they were very aloof toward one another in the station, the youngest was insistent on suing his own father for threatening him, it’d angered Lin’s older son, he wanted chase his younger brother and hit him for calling the cops on their father.
And so, this man should NOT have threatened his own son with a gun, but, because they didn’t live together for long, and that they’d not gotten along at all, that was why this escalated, and, the youngest son insisted on suing his own father for threats.
