That’s, what YOU get, for, snooping around, sticking your NOSE, into, business NOT your own all right, out of the concerns for his friend’s family relations, was what caused this male justice to “snoop around”, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The district court judge, Tsai introduced his friend, Wu to a fellow justice, Tseng, later on, he’d shockingly discovered, that Wu started referring to Tseng as “honey” in LINE, and had secretly taken photos of Tseng’s dialogue on her computer later on, he’d realized, that there wasn’t, any improper actions; the female justice was angered, and pressed charges of obstruction of secret against the male judge, the Taoyuan District Attorney’s Office had conducted a search at the Taoyuan District Courts, and, charged Tsai on two counts of obstruction of secret.
Based off of understanding, Tsai and the Tseng shared the same office in the criminal courts, because Tseng’s family was in need of medical treatment, Tsai had introduced Wu who worked as a legal advisor at the hospital to Tseng, but he’d not known, that they fell in love, and had dated, on May 25th, as Tsai was alone in the office, he saw a pop-up of Wu’s LINE conversation with Tseng calling her “honey”, with their photos of intimacy, it’d made Tsai thought that Tseng was cheating on her husband.
Tsai used his cell phone, captured the conversation that Tseng carried out with the man, and reported the matter to the head of the Taoyuan District Court, Chiu, and as Tseng was being called in, she found that she had been secretly filmed, told the head of justice department she’d been divorced for over two years, that Wu was also single, that there was, no extramarital affair.
In order to find out who it was that was secretly keeping tabs on her activities, Tseng set up a microcamera on her office computer, and, as Tsai started secretly filming again, he was, captured on tape. Tseng felt that her privacy had been breached, and sued Tsai on obstruction of secret.
The District Attorneys searched Tsai’s office with a warrant, Tseng also sued Tsai for libel and slander; during the time of the district attorney’s investigations, Tsai and Tseng had tried to come to a settlement with their attorneys present, Tsai showed actively, that he was regrettable over what he did, and hoped that Tseng could forgive him, but Tseng stated, “I’m not willing to settle at this time”, and as the case went to court, she’d cried in court repeatedly.
During the D.A.’s interrogations, Tsai admitted to taking down the footages, but denied he was libeling as he’d turned the captured footages in to the head of the justice department, claimed that he’d not known that both Tseng and Wu were already, divorced, because he saw how Wu referred to Tseng as “honey”, he was surprised, thought that he was kind to introduce the two, and had managed, to tear apart two families, “I feel tried”, in order to make up for what he thought he’d done, that’s why he’d reported the “affair” to the head of the justice department, that he’d not, made up any facts.
The D.A. reviewed over the conversation that Wu had with Tseng, Tseng texted, “Does he know I had been divorced?” “I am afraid, that he would fear a divorced woman”, Wu replied, “Me too!”; the D.A. confirmed, that Tsai had only secretly taken three photos, that it’d not shown if Tsai knew of the two’s marital statuses, Wu also said, that although he is divorced, but with his children in considerations, he still acted like he is still married with his own ex-wife, and the courts believed, that Tsai wasn’t libeling or slandering.
This case of judge suing another justice of the court, will snowball in the district court in Taoyuan, and, obstruction of secret is a public trial, and if Tsai claimed that he was ordered by his superiors to keep tabs on the female justice, in the future, the justice residing over the case may well call Chiu to the stand to testify.
And so, this, is accusing someone, before knowing, cross-checking ALL your facts, because this man thought that his officemate was having an affair with a friend whom he knew to have been married, not knowing that the friend was divorced, so, out of concern for his friend’s family, he probably thought he was doing what was right, but he’d, invaded the female justice’s privacy, and this still also just showed, how you should, keep those, private, personal texts, OUT of the workplace, and not use your laptop or computer at work to send these, private messages, and both are, at fault here.
