Department of Education: Do Respect the Professionalism of the School Instructors

The rights of teachers to DISCIPLINE the students, OUT the window with this bill here!  This is not good at all!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The newly amended rules of teachers’ duties during work hour, of the rules, if the teachers are displeased with any student in any way, the instructors shall NOT discipline the students during break period, it’d caused the teachers to object, and the Department of Education immediately pulled the plugs on passing the amendments.  After two months of discussions, the rules were changed to “the teacher can see the situations as fitting or not, and punish the students during break period, and giving them free time during break period.”

The rule of this, is that it needed to be written in black, clear cut, with the precise punishments written, that way, it can work, otherwise, it won’t.  the department of education’s amendment on this was vague in wording, what is defined as “reasonable time to break”, who decides what constitutes as this?  What does “not disciplining students during break” mean?  What is the goal of amending the rules, to have a more friendly campus?  And, from the passing of this amendment, the teachers won’t be allowed to discipline the students, or to help them with what they can’t catch up on during regular class, and the students are just, going to, improve on their own?

here’s that “look” into the future here! Photo from online

For long, most of the instructors gave to the realms of education quietly, I’m sure, that the majority of students as well as the parents are grateful for them, but there are, the minority groups who kept using the extreme examples, to turn the school instructors into monsters.  The teachers called the students to the office and punish them to stand, the students needing to go to the toilets or to get a drink of water, these times that they’re not intentionally, delaying, I’m sure the instructors would allow.  And how to counsel, to teach the students the rules within the realms of what’s reasonable.  And yet, the Department of Education wanted to play the good cop, or to fulfill the request of some minority groups, set up this not-well-thought-out rule, impacting the orders of the instructors.  Now, the more hardworking the instructors are, the more complaints they would have against them; and based off of this, those instructors who hold the classes on time, and gets off at the dot would NOT get into trouble with the systems.

To fulfill these requirements set forth by the Department of Education is quite simple, as the students done something bad, notify the parents, write them up, then comes the most important, the counseling afterwards, and because the teachers can’t strip the students of their break period, they’d, skipped this section, this will make the teachers’ jobs a whole lot easier.  It wasn’t enough that the Department of Education doesn’t side with the instructors, seeing how they’re, sacrificing their own break period, to correct the students’ behaviors, that it’s based off of the sense of responsibilities of the teaching professions, and the Department of Education pulled on the legs of the school instructors, and set up this rule that simply can’t be done.  I feel, helpless over this, and wondered to myself, how long can the teachers who are working hard, and passionate about teaching keep going under this?

And so, this, is the government’s attempts to give more “rights” to the students, who aren’t even voting age, because they are all crying about how the teachers are, punishing us, by making us stay in (wah-wah-wah!), and this is still a case of who CRIES the loudest, who gets the MOST CANDY, and the department of education is working AGAINST the instructors on passing of this bill.
