“You Would NOT Beat Your Own Children Like This”, the Nanny Who’d Abused a Young Child to Death Sentenced Heavily

Murdered, by a, CERTIFIED nanny, and her excuse?  Oh yeah, she’s off her meds, because she’s trying to get pregnant, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The nanny, Hsu believed that the child, Lo, who was only a little older than one didn’t listen to her calling him, was suspected of slapping him across the face five times, then, pinned down his knees, then, fisted his head about ten times, eight hours later, the young boy grew stiff, was rushed to the hospital, and died.  Hsu claimed that she was trying to get pregnant, that was why she stopped taking her anti-depressants, but lost control with the young child, the courts didn’t feel any pity for her, sentenced her to six years ten months based off of physical assault causing death, this can be appealed.

The verdict pointed out, that the thirty-three-year-old Hsu was a certified nanny, she’d accepted the asking of the mother, Lo starting March 12^th of last year, and nannied the child whole day, and she got paid $25,500N.T. each month; on April 23^rd of the same year at around nine in the evenings, Hsu was suspected of getting angry over how Lo had ignored her calling him, lost it, and abused the young boy.

Hsu first smacked Lo’s face five times with her right hand, then, pinned the child down on the knees with her left hand, then, fisted him with her right on the top of his head ten times, in the process of being physically abused, the child slipped off her lap, and fell face toward the floor; later Hsu took Lo back to the bedroom on the third floors to nap, the following morning at around five, she’d found him foaming at the mouth, bleeding out of the corner of his lips, his body stiff, and unresponsive, she’d rushed him to the hospital.

By the time the boy was rushed in, he’d stopped breathing, and lost all his vital signs, the x-rays showed he had a fractured skull, damage in his brains, cervical vertebrate dislocation he’d died; the hospital notified the police, and Hsu admitted to the police that she’d, physically beaten the child on his head the day prior.

As Hsu was interrogated, she’d admitted that she was originally on anti-depressants, but she’d wanted to get pregnant and stopped her medications, but had, lost control; she’d claimed, “I’d disciplined my own child physically, but only on rare occasions, I’d not hit them like I’d abused Lo.”  The judge criticized for her differential treatments of the children, that she’d used severe measures, and not rushed him to the hospital on time, that there shouldn’t be ANY mercy shown toward her.

The Collectivist Courts believed, that Hsu didn’t plan to kill the boy, and considering how she’d turned herself in, admitted to what he’d done, and reached a settlement agreement with the young boy’s mother already, sentenced her to six years ten months for abusing a child to death.

So, this woman deserves the DEATH penalty, for abusing this young child to death, and she’d blamed her losing emotional control on how she’d stopped taking her anti-depressants because she wanted to get pregnant, and that’s, just an excuse, or the way she’d, rationalized about how she’d, murdered someone else’s K-I-D, and she deserved a harsher punishment, but because she’d turned herself in, showed remorse, reached a settlement agreement with the parents of the young child she’d, MURDERED, she’d gotten off easy!
