Finally, some form of, belated, justice, with the trials! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The four-year-old young girl was abused long-term by her mother, Peng’s cohabiting partner, Chen, and Chen force fed poison to her and killed her, her body was dumped at a vegetable patch in Nantou, the Nantou D.A.’s Office charged Chen on murder, and abuse and torture, asked the courts to give him life in prison and/or more severe punishment, while Peng was asked to be given a sentence of two and a half years or more for crimes of abandoning of her own daughter’s body.
The police investigated, the 37-year-old man, Chen from February to June of this year, had abused the young girl multiple times, used blunt object and hit the young child’s head, causing her to have an open fracture on her skull, subdural hematoma caused by trauma, and laceration on her scalp, and other injuries, as he’d taken in to treatment, he’d lied that she accidentally got run over by a car.
Chen had even used steel ruler, the shoe fitter to beat the young girl causing her to sustain bruises and redness on her thighs, her thorax, and the abdomen too; to prevent the child from running around and getting loud, he’d taped her eyes, wrapped the tapes around her head, and told her she couldn’t sleep in bed, and this went on long-term, while her twenty-nine-year-old mother, Peng didn’t even bother about her own young.
On June 7th, Chen fed the young girl amphetamine and FM2, causing the child to have difficulties breathing, died of asphyxiation; after the child died, Peng stated that they should bury the body and destroy the evidence, Chen had an accomplice, Tsai, wrapping the child’s body up with a quilt, drove to his home in Nantou, and, stuffed the body inside the closets of his uncle’s bedroom.
On the nineteenth, the two moved the body out of the closets, and buried the body by the tree next to the house; and afterwards, Tsai was arrested on another case, and in August, he’d mailed a confession or the murder and the covering up of the body to the police, that’s when the case got out in the open.
The district attorneys indicted Chen on murder, abusing an underage minor, abandonment of the body, and illegally abusing drugs, asked the courts to give him a life-term or harsher, while Peng and Tsai were charged with destroying evidence, abandoning of the body, and considering how Tsai turned himself in, the D.A. let the courts decide his sentence.
The D.A.’s office asked the courts for two years and six months or more for Peng, and as she was placed in police custody, she was already more than six months pregnant, and she had another ten-year-old son, and the courts had the social services follow up on him, and place him as needed.
And so, this, is truly awful, how this young girl had died, and, what was worse was her mother didn’t do anything to protect this young child, and she’d, even helped her cohabiting partner cover up, and they all deserve to get punished severely for what they all did to this young girl!
