You do NOT know what I want to say about this “case” here, because it’ll be, bad! A crime of OPPRTUNITY, by the father in his raping his own, daughter, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
A father disregarded the fact that his daughter could DIE at any given moment, raped her and was indicted, during the trials, the father gave an alibi, claimed, that at the time of the crime, he was standing trial at the district attorney’s office, that he could NOT rape his own daughter during the time; the judge investigated, that there’s ample time between the trial, and that the accused’s statements corresponded to the evidence, gave the man a severe sentence of five years six months.
The verdict stated, that the defendant is a father, and raped his own daughter, causing her to become emotionally traumatized, and, broken his daughter’s trust for family, interpersonal relationships, and could cause his own daughter to die of heart failure, that there SHOULD be severe punishment to what he’d done.
The victim was hospitalized in May of 2018 because of her heart condition, she was released from the hospital in July, and the father knew that the daughter was weakened, and took advantage of her temporarily staying with him, while she was sleeping, he’d, raped her.
During the court, the father denied the allegations, claimed that he was having sexual intercourse with another woman, Chen at the time when he was accused of raping his own daughter; the defendant testified, on the day, he was called to the D.A.’s office because of drug possessions, and as he’d returned home, the victim wasn’t there, that he had an alibi.
The plaintiff told, that during the time she was raped, she was in her room asleep, her father climbed onto her bed, stripped her clothes, she’d asked him, “Why are you doing this?”, he’d stated, “I’ll tell you when we get to hell!”, then he got his ways with her, later she’d called her boyfriends, and had him accompanied her to go to the police.
The Collectivist Courts believed, that the rental suite was not too far from the Taipei District Attorney’s Office, that the father had ample time to rape the daughter, then go to the courts, that his using “I was in court” was only an excuse.
And so, this, is a LOSER, who’d taken advantage, or maybe, he thought, that he’d raised his child up to this age, and that she might die off at any time, and if he didn’t get to have sex with her, then, he won’t have the opportunities to again, who knows, but what he did was, beyond what parents are supposed to do to their young, and this man DESERVES to stay behind BARS for the rest of his life, to THINK about what he’d done to his own young, and to get tortured, by his own, GUILTY conscience for the rest of his life.
