Those kids, still have the tendencies, to grab whatever they can get their hands on, and, SHOVE it in their mouths!  A tragic story, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A four-year-old in Taoyuan at the end of last month in daycare after lunch, started convulsing in the classrooms, and went into shock, blood came out of her nose and mouth, she was rushed to the hospital, but still couldn’t be saved, and because the child didn’t have any physical injuries, the D.A. and police asked the coroner to autopsy her, and recently, the coroners found a button-shaped battery in her body, and they will check to see if swallowing the battery was what caused her death.

The Department of Education of Taoyuan reviewed over the surveillance for that whole day, and not noted how the young girl had swallowed anything abnormal, and they will help with the investigation, as well as the families to set up her final affairs.

The police found, that this young girl was in her second year of preschool, on the 30th of last month, after lunch, she was reading in the classrooms, and as she was reading, she’d started convulsing, the rest of the class found that something wasn’t quite right, they’d called the teacher over, the teacher checked the girl, and found blood coming out of her nose and mouth, and immediately called for the emergency services, but, they still couldn’t save her life.

The police originally worried that the child may have been abused or her death had been caused by other external factors, but as they’d reviewed over the surveillance and interviewed all related workers in the school, they’d not found anything suspicious, and as the D.A. examined, they’d found that there are still unclear things about her death, they went to the coroner’s office for the autopsy, and a button-shaped battery was found in the child’s body, but, if it was the ingestion by mistake, it’s still pending investigation.

The city Department of Education told, that the surveillance didn’t show the young girl swallowing the battery, and there are NO batteries in any of the equipment from school.  The children was a new student of the second year of kindergarten, taken to school by her mother, behaved normal, on the day, the child showed no signs of anything weird, she’d had two bowls of rice at lunch, and told the teacher she wanted a third, the teacher worried she may have too much, and told her that she couldn’t have another bowl, and, shortly after the child finished lunch, she’d fallen to the floor, and died, it’s regrettable, and the families were, distraught over the matter too.

As for if the child accidentally swallowed the button-shaped batteries at home or in school, and if the teachers of the preschool was neglectful, the district attorneys had reviewed over the surveillance thoroughly, and declared, that all footages, and all evidence had been taken into custody, that they would need to investigate more to determine.

And, the emergency room pediatrician stated that the button-shaped batteries would get eroded by the esophagus, and leak out chemicals, causing holes in the esophagus, the airways, that either the child who’d swallowed would die, or suffer severe injuries, that the adults should NEVER take it lightly.  “You must store the button-shaped batteries away, and if they’re not in use, dispose of them properly.”

This is still because the PARENTS (b/c there was NOTHING that uses this sort of a battery in the schools?) didn’t STORE the batteries away properly, that kid grabbed it, and SHOVED it into her mouth, and, eventually, the stomach acids eroded the battery, and, the lethal chemicals leaked out, and killed this kid, which still showed, how you !@#$ING (maxed out, so don’t EVEN!) parents had, better make sure you store these dangerous things, out of reach of your own young!
