A man, Huang on the same day last year, asked two women to go out a nude photo shoot, and the two women both SUED him molestation; the D.A. investigated, that one of the women suspected that Huang didn’t have the money that she was supposed to be paid, in the altercations, he’d grabbed her phones, and made an impasse, the other woman was slapped across the buttock in the shoot, the Shihlin District Attorney’s Office indicted Huang on forced sexual molestation and prevention against sexual harassment.
The police said, that the photo shoots away from the studios are getting more popular now, but the models must have a way to protect themselves, it’s best, that the models don’t go to these shoots alone, it would be best, if a male friend comes along; and if there are these questionable things that happened, you need to take down the evidence with your cell phones, and before you go to the shoots, check out the comments, the backgrounds, and everything about the photographers, especially in those shot when the models are required to wear very little clothing, professionalism from the photographer is a must, don’t accept the invites of these sorts of photo shoots easily.

Last year on the morning of November 27th, Huang invited the female model to the outside of a residence in Shihlin for a shoot, the woman suspected that Huang had no intentions of paying her for the sessions, started arguing. As the woman picked up her cell phone to call the police, Huang grabbed her cell phone, pulled on her arms, and left, and turned the cell phone to the police station, lied that he’d found the cell phone.
The female model accused Huang of pinning her against the walls, touching her breasts her buttocks, even slapping her. Huang denied the allegations, claimed that she’d accused him of not paying her for the sessions, that she’d hit him first, that he’d not “hit back”, until she took out her phone and was calling the police, did he try to grab the phone away from her. Huang said that because she only worn the panties in the shots, that in the pulling, he’d, accidentally, touched her buttocks.
The D.A. believed, the sound recording that the female model provided only validated that they fought for the cell phone, that they had engaged physically, there’s NO way of confirming how the methods of touching had happened. That if the man accidentally touched her buttocks there’s no proof of the intent of sexual molestation, so he was only charged with the suspicions of forced sexual act.
On the same day at noon, Huang asked another female model to pose nude for the photos, and, was again, accused of forced sexual molestation, that he’d touched her shoulders, put his arms around her waist, and, as she was changing into the next set of outfit, he’d slapped her ass. Huang admitted to this, and the D.A. charged him with obstruction of laws against sexual molestations.
And so, this is, still, a REPEATED OFFENDER, because the first time he was called out, there wasn’t enough evidence, he thought he’d gotten away with it, that was why he’d done it, a second time, with another model, and this time, she had all the evidence, to convict him!
This still just showed, how losers are going to take advantage of us women when they CAN, and we must, take measures to protect ourselves, always keep documentation of your conversation records, tape your conversations, and keep the photos, just in case, ladies…
