A male toddle of a little older than a year, yesterday, fell from his fourth floor home window, and was rushed to the hospitals, but due to the extent of his injuries he died, during the accident, his father was away at work, his mother took his older sister to school, the police suspected that he was playing on the bed close to the window, and, opened up the screen door, and fell, both his parents were charged with negligence causing death, after the D.A. interrogated his parents, they were sent back home. The mother with her red, lowered her head, wept, sighed, “I don’t have a strong affinity with my son!”
Based off of understanding, the father, Chen (age 51) was a bulldozer driver, the mother, Lin (age 42) is a bedside nurse at a hospital, they have seven children, the eldest is in college, the infant was the youngest, they originally lived in the rural areas of Yilan, because of work, the family moved to the city.

At around six in the morn, Lin took her eldest out to take the bus to school, was rushing home to make the formula for her son, she didn’t find him anywhere, as she’d called him, no response, as her middle school aged daughter returned home because she forgot the money for her breakfast, she’d inquired, “did you see your brother?”
The mother-daughter looked around, and couldn’t find the baby, and, as they saw the bedroom window opened up, their hearts went cold, looked out from the fourth floor, and found a tiny little body, lying on the pavement of the fire alley on the street level, they rushed downstairs, found the baby’s face turned purple, not breathing, took him into the apartment, told the neighbors to dial emergency.
When the paramedics arrived, they’d rushed the baby to the hospital, and, he had multiple fractures all over his body, and had lost all his vital signs before they reached the hospital, and the emergency room staff tried to resuscitate him, but he died.
And so, this, is still, the CARETAKER’s fault, she should NOT have left her own young son at home alone, even IF he was asleep, because, these children, after they wake from their sleeps, will go around, looking for mommy, and, when they can’t find mommy, they have the tendency, to go all over the places to find their mothers, and, this, is what happened, the kid, FELL out of the windows, and D-I-E-D. This is, NEGLIGENCE!!!
