There was a murder from a brawl two nights ago in Zhongli, Taoyuan, the sixteen-year-old male, Tseng suspected of being displeased at how the adolescent female, Chang came after him for the $1,500N.T. he owed her, had four accomplices come along, while Chang also had her friend, Weng to the confrontations, the two sides started brawling, Tseng used the flagpole and HIT Weng’s head, then, stabbed Weng from the back with a folding knife, Weng died on the way to the hospital, the police charged the involved parties on murder, after the district attorneys interrogated them, they took Chiao, Huang into police custody, sent Tseng to juvenile court, the two men, Wangs were out on bail.
The police investigated and found, that Tseng and Chang were involved in love from before, he’d asked for a loan of $1,500N.T. and not paid her back, Chang asked Weng (age 35) back for her, Tseng called on Chiao (age 21), Huang (age 18), and two more males, Wang (ages 19, and 23), at around past ten in the evening, they met out for the confrontation at Datong Road.
In the process, a fight broke out, Tseng and his party used the baseball bats, and the flagpole they got by the side of the road, started knocking at Weng’s head, then Tseng took the folding knife he carried, stabbed Weng on the left side of the back, Weng couldn’t fight them all off, and they started beating him, later as Tseng found went lost consciousness, realized he’d used too much force, and immediately ran off.
At eleven in the night, the police received a call on the brawl, as they rushed over they saw Weng lying on the ground, lost his vital signs, and as the ambulance rushed him to the hospital he’d died on the way, after reviewing over the surveillance, the police took all the involved individuals in, yesterday, all five of the involved were charged with murder, sent to the Taoyuan D.A.’s Office.
As the D.A.’s office interrogated the suspects again, they believed that they may collaborate on their testimonies, and run a flight risk, charged Chiao and Huang on murder, and asked the courts to take them into custody, and the other two men, Huangs, were under house arrest, and out on bail of $30,000N.T. and $50,000N.T.s, as for the adolescent, Tseng, was sent to juvenile court.
And so, this, is how it goes, because you’re still in your teens, you lacked the impulse control, and that’s why, this became murder, and, now, all of you are charged, as murderers or accessories to this murder.
