After the district attorneys interrogated the group, every person involved was taken into custody.
Based off of understand, the man who was beaten to death, Liao and the 28-year-old primary suspect were both being sued for fraud, the two were suspected of working in the same scam group, and had the unsettled debt in the amount of half a million dollars N.T.; on the third of this month, Huang learned that Liao had owed the money, and still went to the bars, he’d felt displeased, led the thirty-six-year-old Hsu, thirty-year-old Chen, and the twenty-nine year olds, Lo and Wu, the five went to the outside of the pub to block Liao, as they saw Liao coming out of the pub with his 28-year-old companion, they dragged them onto two separate cars, drove them to a residence, in the mountains in Shuili, Nantou to negotiate.
During the process, Huang and four others clubbed Liao and his friend, Liao who owed the debts was also, stripped then tied, and beaten to death, while the 28-year-old companion of Liao was also beaten until the bones were, broken; as Huang realized what he’d done, he’d called his accomplices, Lo and Chen, to take Liao who was severely injured to the Taichung VMH to get treated, and at ten in the nights on the fifth, he’d called the criminal investigations of Taichung, and turned himself in.
The police went to the hospital, and took Lo and Chen into custody first, then, called the Nantou Police Department, to rush to the location where Liao was tortured, and the police saw Liao who was dead, nude, covered in bruises and scars, the hands were bound, the primary suspect, Huang and two others were there, and were all taken into custody.
Huang admitted to taking both men, that the vacant residence he’d borrowed, from a friend, telling the friend he was having a barbecue there; as the five suspects were taken in, Huang asked for his attorney, claimed that it was only him who was responsible for torturing and beaten Liao to death, the four accomplices also testified, that they were there, watching.
Because Liao was fractured in his legs and arms, suffered multiple bruises, and had rhabdomyolysis, still in the hospital, the police charged the five on murder, physical assault, obstruction of freedom, for all five, and they are going to look more closely into exactly what had happened.
And so, because you’d owed the debts, that’s why you were taken by force, and beaten, and what’s worse was, that your friend was, murdered in the process, and this is still how it ends, if you used violence, to take care of your problems.
