How? Do the laws, consider, IF someone CAN be, reformed, by show of remorse at the trial, is that it??? Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
Two years ago, the man, Kuo stole from his families and got scolded, he took a hammer, killed his great uncle, his great aunt, and his grandmother, then, staged the scene to look like it was a burglary gone wrong, the first and second trials, the courts sentenced Kuo to life in prison on charges of domestic violence murder and other charges, Kuo filed for a third appeal, the Highest Courts tossed back his appeal, case closed, Kuo had, escaped the death penalty.
The courts believed, that there’s a very high chance that Kuo can be reformed, to be resocialized again, considering how he had no priors, didn’t do drugs, nor drank alcohol, that the case started out as a burglary, that he’d murdered his grandmother and grand uncle because he was scolded by them, that it wasn’t, premeditated, so he was sentenced to life in prison.
because he showed, “remorse”…he got…
The verdict pointed out, on May 10th, 2018, Kuo went to his great uncle’s home to have a conversation, saw his great uncle go into the kitchen to get something, he’d, stolen money from the closets, and his great uncle caught him, started scolding, and beating him, Kuo felt insulted, picked up a hammer, and beaten his great uncle’s head until he couldn’t, get back up again.
Kuo disregarded if his great uncle was severely injured, continued burglarizing the room, and as he was leaving, he was found by his own great aunt, and, picked up the hammer, and killed her too; as Kuo ran out, his maternal grandmother came to the house, he’d followed his grandmother in, then, used that hammer, and, killed his own grandmother, then, took the $5,000N.T. he’d found in his own maternal grandmother’s home, rummaged the closets, to make it like someone had broken and entered to burglarized his grandmother’s home, then murdered her.
After Kuo committed the murders, he’d tossed the hammer, the gloves in the wooded regions of the mountains, returned home, changed out of the bloodied clothes, fell asleep, then, as the grandmother’s neighbors was taking the teas over to her the following day, she’d entered into the property, and found the three who were, murdered, called the police.
instead of this…
The first trial of the Tainan District Court believed, that Kuo was remorseful after the murders, and the families of the victims are all related to him, that they’d not pressed charges, or asked the courts for a severe punishment, considering how the victims are all murdered, that if the courts were to give Kuo the death penalty, it would, hurt the survived family members even more.
And that, would be, H-O-W, you got away from the DEATH penalty, for MURDERING your own families, and I still don’t KNOW what sort of a criteria the court systems go by in determining if someone can be reformed, by show of remorse, by how sorry the murderers looked in the trials? All those CAN be, FAKED, you do realize that, don’t you??? And that, is still, not justice served here!
