The Thirty-One-Year-Old Male, Lo was Suspected of Using the Work Opportunity “Playing the Online Games” to Solicit the Fourteen-Year-Old Girl from Kaohsiung to Hsinchu, Gave Her Drugs, to Make Her Drowsy, then, Put the Electric Collar on Her Neck to Restrict Her; Thankfully the Police Conducted a Wide-Scale Sweep from South to North, and Used the High-Tech GPS Tracker, They Went to Lo’s Mother’s Mansion in Zhudong a Third Time Yesterday to Investigate, and Managed to Get the Adolescent Girl Out.
“Daddy, did you miss me?”, the sixty-six hours of going missing, the adolescent female called her father immediately, and as she’d heard her father told, “I really missed you!”, she’d started melting down, then started, laughing. The father of the adolescent female told, that he’d only hoped that his child will grow up safe and sound, to NEVER experience something so awful like this again.
The Suspect, Lo had Raped Two Adolescent Female Before
The police kept Lo (age 31) overnight, to understand his motives, and to see if he had been involved in other cases, that if there are other victims, or accomplices. The police told, that in May of 2017, he was suspected of phishing for female teenagers looking for part-timing opportunities, and enticed the girls back to his residence, using the excuse of needing their photograph on file, took them to his home, added the drugs, made them passed out, and raped them; at the end of the month, he’d, used the exact same methods, and, drugged and raped another sixteen-year-old girl, the Taipei District Court sentenced him to ten years in July, but, shortly afterwards, Lo’s wife reported him missing.
The police charged Lu (age 37), who’d delivered the teen to the train station with luring, obstruction of freedom, and drugs, along with the twenty-nine year-old super, Wang, after the interrogations, the D.A. sent them both back home, but put them under house arrest, while Lo’s wife was interrogated as a witness, and sent home.
The police investigated and found, that Lo in May used the communication app of FB to connect with the victim, then, he’d hired the adolescent as a companion gamer, sent the money and the cell phone to the adolescent, and had her get on the high-speed rail to Hsinchu on August 29th, then to take the car driven by Lu, to his mother’s mansion in Hsinchu to meet up.

the first to third floors of the mansion was separated into suites, and rented out, there was the video surveillance on the first floor, Lo and his accomplice, Wang shared the second floor together; there’s the hidden units in Lo’s room, and needed to stand on the mattress, to open up the ceiling to get in and out; inside the secret compartment, there’s the simple bathrooms and a fridge.

Two afternoons ago, the police used the mobile GPS tracking system, and found the man, Lu, and they’d found that Lu drove the adolescent girl around, and after cross checking the facts, they deducted that the adolescent was taken to Lo’s mother’s mansion in Zhudong, and listed the mansion as a “suspicious location”. Two afternoons ago, the police entered into the mansion, to check out all the suites for rent, but couldn’t find the adolescent, they’d gone a second time in the evenings, and still, didn’t, recover her.
The police looked through the blueprint of the mansion overnight, and found, that there was, a secret room there, at eight in the morn yesterday, they’d gone to the location and searched for the third time, they’d, knocked on every single wall in the mansion, and they’d, stepped onto Lo’s bed, and started knocking, and found that there were the differences in the way it’d sound, then they’d, RAMMED on the ceiling, and saw Lo with the adolescent girl inside the secret compartment.

And so, this young lady was still, way too STUPID, and she’s, EQUALLY to BLAME for what had happened to her, because this is still, an ABUSER/ENABLER interaction, I mean, if you were so susceptible, then, would you get tricked? I think N-O-T! It’s still because how INEXPERIENCED, how naïve, how trusting you are in life, that’s how you got, @#$%ED up, and the man is more to blame for this, for he took advantage of how young and naïve, how innocent, not to mention, STUPID these teenage girls are. But at least, she got out…
