Yeah, uh, this just showed, how the MORALITY is still, going, DOWN!!! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
At the end of last year, the Taoyuan police cracked down on the betting of the elections, the forensics team managed to recover the information from a better, and accidentally found that the investigative team’s lieutenant, Huang from the Taoyuan Police used the surveys conducted within the stations, and, worked as a bookie, to run the bets of the presidential elections, and found that another officer, Lai leaking out the personal files of the members of the public to Chang to collect the debts, the D.A. charged both with gambling and falsifying legal documents.
The lieutenant, Huang had worked on the force for over two decades, specializing in the crackdown of illegal substances, based off of understand, he’d told that “it was a joke”, that he’d infiltrated the LINE group for a case, that he’d not intended to gamble for real. The Taoyuan City Police Substation stated, that as they received the indictments, they will then, discuss the punishments.
The local police of Taoyuan at the end of last year started zooming in on the gambling of the elections, they’d twice checked the roster, confiscated the 38-year-old man, Chang’s cell phone who runs a sports gambling, found the 43-year-old lieutenant, Huang was suspected of placing the bets on LINE, and reported the matter to the D.A.
On January fifth, the D.A. and police searched Huang, and he’d denied placing the bets, claimed, “it was only a joke!”, but Wu told that texting “Tsai for $10,000N.T.” was betting $10,000N.T. on Tsai winning the election.
And, the police accidentally discovered, that the other officers logged on to the M-Police system and took down the personal information of those who’d owed debts, and, handed the information to Chang so he could collect the debts, in the three years, he’d checked at least nine people’s profiles, Lai admitted to doing it because of Chang’s asking him to.
The D.A. indicted Chang, Huang, and Wu on gambling on the evidences they’d found, the voice file recovered by the forensic department on their cell phones.
And so, this is what you get, for “moonlighting” as a criminal, you were, LEAKING the personal information of those who’d owed debts to the bookies, and you are a member of the police forces, and this still just showed, how easily people get tempted by money, and how someone who is in law enforcement, can switch to working as a criminal so easily!
