The Two Suspects in the Body in the Keg Case, the D.A. Found the Suspect Had Performed CPR on the Victim, and Asked the Courts for a Severe Sentence

The sugar factory’s “body in a keg” case, the deceased, a woman, Lin, because of the matter of money in offering to sell her karaoke, six year ago, was beaten to death by a man named Wu and a woman, Hsiung, placed into a large keg, and the body had acid poured all over it, and buried.

The local district attorney’s office believed that the two suspects performed CPR on the victim, and charged them with obstruction of freedom, death by physical assault, destroying the body; the two arrested kept evading responsibilities, and carried an awful attitude, the D.A. asked the courts for the death penalty for the murder charges.

The lot in front of the sugar mill on Chiaotou was tilled up on April 2^nd this year, the workers found the plastic keg with the body, the police and D.A. investigated, found the body was the woman, Lin who’d lost contact with her families six years ago, because for the six years, there was NO record of any of her activities, it’s like she just, “vanished into thin air”, the investigators believed that not long after she’d left her home she was, murdered, and found that the forty-five-year-old man, Wu and the fifty-three-year-old woman, Hsiung with whom she had negotiated with on letting up her karaoke shop were involved.

The two after being taken into custody, denied responsibilities, then finally, admitted that in December of 2012, they both ganged up on Lin, and had, accidentally killed her in the beating, and worried about getting found, that was why they’d disposed of her corpse, and destroyed it.

The police found, as the two parties were arguing, Hsiung and Lin were attacking each other by pulling one another’s hair, Wu subdued Lin, then, Hsiung straddled over Lin, and started, cutting her hair off like crazy.  The two took her up to the second floor and kept her locked up, found that Lin attempted to escape out of the fire escape and hollered for help, caught her, beaten her up, and because they worried that they might get turned into the police by her, they’d fed her a bottled water with sleeping pill mixed in, stuffed her mouth with cloth, then, drove her off into some place desolate, but she’d died on the way.

The two suspects originally planned to dump her body somewhere, but worried that it might get busted, they’d gone to a handy shop to buy the keg, sulfuric acid, cement, and, three days after they’d buried her body they’d gone to dig her back up, drove her body to the lot of the sugar factory MRT lot, and, put her inside a keg together, Wu dug up a hole, and, put the woman’s body into the hole, poured in the sulfuric acid, then, cemented it up.

The police investigated and found that they didn’t have the intentions of murdering the woman, that they’d claimed that they’d performed CPR on the woman after she’d stopped breathing, and the body had shown that the ribs were broken, that there were the compression markings of the muscle tissues around her ribs, which were consistent to the claims that the suspect had tried to resuscitate her.

The D.A. believed, that there’s no fatal wounds on the victim, and it is hard to confirm that the suspects planned to murder her, and charged them with obstruction of freedom and manslaughter, abandonment of the corpse, indicted both.

And so, this, is the results of monetary disagreement, and, this woman ended up murdered, and maybe, the suspects never intended to kill her, by they’d, used too much force, and killed her anyway, but instead of getting charged with murder, they only got charged with manslaughter, because they had, attempted to resuscitate her.
