To find who exactly, MURDERED this young infant, a polygraph is, used!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Two years ago, a private nursery in Zhonghe, Hsinbei City had a young infant girl with unknown cause of head trauma, she’d started breathing hard, becoming limp, as they rushed her into the hospital, after three months’ worth of resuscitation, she still died.  The Hsinbei D.A.’s office investigated, and found that the nanny who are caring for the infant girl, Cheng was negligent, yesterday, they’d prosecuted her on neglectful death.

The indictment pointed out, the incident happened when the infant girl was only eight months old, the nanny, Cheng knew the infant couldn’t defend herself, and needed the care, she’d still neglected her, causing the infant’s head to be impacted by unknown forces on January 15th and 16th two years ago, and she’d not performed the needed resuscitation measures, and on the afternoon of the eighteenth, the infant started showing signs of discomfort and illness.

Later on the infant girl was found to have suffered head trauma, she had subdural hematoma, giving pressure to her brain stem, causing her to become brain dead, plus her bronchioles weren’t structured completely, two years ago in April, she’d died of shock.

During the district attorney’s interrogation, the nanny, Cheng stated that she was asked by the nursery to take care of the infant girl, as she’d discovered that something wasn’t quite right with the infant, she’d called out for help from her coworkers, and the coworkers helped performed CPR and helped notified emergency, but she told the district attorneys she wasn’t sure how the infant sustained her head injuries.

The D.A. investigated, and found the infant girl had apparent bruising on her head, the hospital found it to have been caused by external forces.  And, the injuries causing the infant to suffer subdural hematoma, causing the blood clots, which pressured the medulla, causing the infant girl’s heart to stop.

The D.A. also found, that the hospital deducted the time when the infant girl had sustained the injuries to be during the daytime, plus both her parents passed the polygraph, and so the D.A. believed that the infant’s injuries were sustained under the nanny’s care, and believed that the nanny was, neglectful.

And so, because you can’t watch this kid she’d died, and maybe, it wasn’t, abuse, but it’s, at least, NEGLECT, and because of your failure to pay attention to this young child you were PAID to watch over, she’d died, and you deserved to get charged with manslaughter!
