The deceased was around 5’7, there was an injury on the right side of his neck, the police found that the shot was close-range, upward, and there was gun powder residues on the deceased; a scooter close by, a registered 133-centimeter homemade hunting gun, and there was also a muntjac he’d killed, blood covered the roads, as well as the gun.
The forensic investigator deducted, that the deceased may be riding home from hunting, and erected the rifle onto the pedals of his scooter, with the barrel pointing upward, that he had placed the gun between his elbow and shoulder to keep it steady, but because the roads were bumpy, and there was no safety latch on the gun, as he rode through the bumpy roads, the gun accidentally fired off.
The Yuli police substation’s investigation captain Lin said, that they’re not ruling anything out right now, that they’d called the D.A.’s office to get the autopsy to confirm the cause of death.
Last year in Xinyi County of Nantou had something similar happening too, a man, Chuan kept his shotgun on the pedals of his scooter, and it accidentally fired, the bullet shot through his head, he’d died on the side of the road, and a little while, he was discovered.
And so, this is, more than likely, a tragic accident, and this still showed, how when you go out hunting (all you NRA fanatics, Amendment 2 supporters!) be sure, that the safety is on, otherwise, this happens, and, you would’ve, COMMITTED SUICIDE, by A-C-C-I-D-E-N-T here!!!
