The 21-year-old office, Yang in the midnight hours, went out with two of his coworkers on their scooters to handle a fight in the midnight hours, as thy rode across an intersections, he was hit by an unlicensed seventeen-year-old motorist, he flew off the scooter that he was on, lost his vital signs instantly, as they’d rushed him to the E.R., he’d regained his pulse and was breathing, is still being, resuscitated. The preliminary investigation of the police showed, that the police had their siren on, and run through a red light, and the adolescent’s side was a green light, and they’re still, looking into the cause of this fatal accident.
The head of internal affairs, Hsu and the mayor of the city of Hsinbei, Hou went to the hospital to visit the officer, Hou apologized to the family in from of the press, “as the mayor, I’d not done right in taking good care of their children, I’m truly, sorry!”
Yang graduated out of the 36th in Police Academy, started working in the Shulin Police Substation’s Shulin Subprecinct for about ten months to date; in the midnight hours of yesterday, the substation received a call on a fight in the jurisdiction, Yang and his two other coworkers rode out on the police scooters, to offer their assistance, all the way there, they’d turned on their sirens and blinkers, as they passed the Da-An and Jun-Ying Intersection, three of the police squad cars passed, while Yang the officer who was riding his scooter in between the squad cars was HIT by the adolescent, Chang from the side, he flew off the scooter instantly, and fell to the ground.
As the paramedic arrived, they saw Yang had severe head traumas, multiple fractures, lost his vital signs, they’d immediately performed CPR on him, and rushed him to the hospital, he’d regained his pulse by the time the ambulance pulled into the E.R., but he was still in critical condition, and is still being resuscitated on currently; as Chang hit the police scooter, he’d, fallen down onto the pavement too, but as the ambulance arrived, he’d, regained his consciousness.
The police said, that they were, rushed to a call, they’d turned on the warning blinkers and the sirens, and the responsibilities of the accident is still pending investigation. Yang’s parents and his elderly grandmother rushed to the hospital to see him, Yang’s mother couldn’t hold back the tears, “he’s still, so very, young, how can this be………”
Hou said, that the police will enforce the trainings on the safety measures, to have the officers pay more attention to their own safety when they go out on a call, and demanded that the police department maintain the orders in traffic, and, crack down on the unlicensed who are on the roads.
And so, this, IS, a tragic accident, with the officer dead, and, that still just showed, how unpredictable life can be, I mean, this twenty-year-old officer is so young, and, on this call, he was hit, and he’s now, in critical condition, being, resuscitated on.
