The seventy-nine-year-old elderly woman, Yang two days ago in the afternoon, pushed her young one-year-old maternal granddaughter out for a stroll, as they’d crossed the roads next to the Tongxiao Railroad Station, the thirty-year-old driver, Tsao had, rammed into them, the elderly’s head crashed onto the pavement, died on the way to the hospital, while the young infant flipped out of her stroller, and she’d sat in the middle of the roads, crying hard, as the paramedics took her to the hospital, she was okay; the police believed, that it was the rain that’s, caused the driver’s vision to get obstructed, that Tsao wasn’t watching the cars ahead of him, and, hit the elderly woman and her granddaughter, he was charged with manslaughter.
Based off of understanding, at the time of the accident, the stroller flipped and rolled to the middle of the road, and the one-year-old infant, Chen had her safety strap on, but still, flipped out of the stroller, she had abrasions on her arms, the locals heard her cry, and rushed in to protect the child, the child was thrilled, and afterwards, her parents took her to the temples many times. The infant girl’s father told, that his daughter just turned one, that they’d left her in the care of his wife’s grandmother to look after, and, this had happened, and he blamed himself, and felt awful.
The Tongxiao Subprecinct Tongxiao Substation received the call at around 4:40 in the afternoon two afternoons ago, said that about a hundred meters north from the train station, close to the intersection of Tongxiao Middle School, there was an accident; the police rushed over, and found a tilted baby stroller, the seventy-nine-year-old elderly woman, Yang lying on the roads, the car Tsao drove was, parked by the side; the police lifted the elderly woman to the hospital, where she’d died, of serious injuries.
The police found, that as Tsao was driving into the intersections, he’d not watched and noted how the elderly woman was pushing the stroller to get across, that it was rainy on the day, with obstructed views, the elderly woman was walking very slow, that Tsao didn’t watch where he was going, and caused this fatal accident. The locals stated how Tsao never slowed down his car as he drove across the intersections, the police will need to investigate more on this.
And so, because it was, rainy, the views were, not cleared, and, the driver wasn’t watching the road closely enough, and this caused the death of an elderly woman, and, he should be charged, with manslaughter, because he didn’t pay enough attention to the roads he was on.
