These babies still, get into, too much troubles, don’t they???  And, it’s, ALL you, adults’ faults, for NOT keeping those, shiny, too tiny, objects, OUT of their, reaches!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A few days ago, a two-year-old young girl accidentally swallowed her parents’ wedding rings, was rushed to the E.R., the X-ray showed, that the wedding bands are, stuck in her stomach, but the child hadn’t gone on an empty stomach long enough, there may be remains of her food intake inside, after assessments, the hospital put her under complete anesthesia, and used the gastroscopy many times, and, drained out the food residues, then finally, they were, able to, get the engagement ring that the young girl had, swallowed, by accident.

The hospital told, that at around noon, the child’s mother took her engagement ring off her finger, placed it on the table, and the child grabbed at it, then, shoved it into her mouth, as the mother saw, she’d, rushed up to the daughter, to try to prevent her from swallowing it, but, it was, too late, the families tried to make the child puke it back out, it’d not, worked, and, close to three in the afternoon, the family, finally took the child to the hospital.

The gastroenterology physician, Lin, stated, that the ring the young girl swallowed was a blunt object, but it’s nearly two-centimeters in diameter, it’s, a bit big for a young child; and, because children from six months to four years of age swallow things by accident, especially for the infants in oral stage from ages six months and one and a half years old, the infants get to know their world by putting things into their mouths, and get satisfied by putting things into their mouths so they would, constantly, grab the things they can touch, and shove it into their, mouths, and the adults must, pay close attention to them.

Lin suggested, that to prevent these infant and toddlers from swallowing things accidentally, the adults MUST lock the medicines, the coins, along with these easy to swallow hard things in the cabinets or place them someplace up high, when the infants are crying, do NOT feed them, and, he strongly advise, not feeding children, in these younger years, hard candies, things with bones, or piths either.

He’d pointed out, if a young child accidentally swallowed something, the parents can remain calm, and try to get to know what the child had, swallowed, the shape, the sizes, and the amount, and, before taking the young children to the hospital, do NOT feed them rice, force them to puke, or have them drink vinegar, to prevent injury a second time, and make sure, that if surgeries are needed, the child don’t have any food or water intake for between six to eight hours; if there’s, difficulties breathing, or the child couldn’t make a sound, suggesting at the foreign object had, entered into the windpipes, the parents should call emergency immediately, and perform the Heimlich maneuver until the child coughs out the foreign objects that s/he swallowed.

And so, this still just showed, how dangerous it is, for you, STUPID adults (‘cuz that’s, what you all are!) to LEAVE the things lying around the house because these young children, in their oral stages of development, puts EVERYTHING (literally!) into their mouths that’s how they get to know their outside world, and so, DO be careful, and, remember, IF your kid start choking, don’t panic, calm yourselves down, and, call emergency!!!
