The man, Su who’s unemployed, and stayed home, and SUCKED his parents dry, because his parents refused to give him any more money, he’d taken out a fruit knife, and tried to rob the student who was heading off to work, Liu, in the physical brawl, Su stabbed Liu in the heart, the knife wound was seventeen centimeters deep, causing Liu to die on the streets, the D.A. stated how Su had used such a vicious method, that he was, filled with malice, yesterday, charged him on robbery and murder, but considered how Su had, turned himself in afterwards, and suggested the courts to give him a fitting sentence.
The police and D.A. investigated, that Su (age 35) ambushed at the Nanfeng Street entrance at eleven at night, and looked for someone he could rob, he saw Liu passing by rushed forward with the knife, demanded that Liu hand over all his valuables, but Liu refused, and fought him, and, they’d started brawling, Su saw that he was made, wanted to escape, and took out the knife, and stabbed Liu in the chest, and neck multiple times.
As Liu was stabbed, he’d, swung at Su, and called aloud for help, and tried to run off to escape, but because he’d lost too much blood, he’d fallen down by the side of the road, the passersby found him, and reported it, but, before the ambulance could get Liu to the hospital, and after the resuscitation measures were performed, he still died of left lung collapse and hemothorax; after the murder, Su turned himself in to the police, and handed over the knife, the police also took the jacket, and the trousers Su had on to compare, and the district attorneys asked the courts to keep him in custody, which the courts mandated.
During the interrogation of the district attorneys, Su admitted that he was short on money, that he’d gone out with the knife, and waited for the opportunity to rob someone, and, that as Liu tried to fight him off, he had, used the knife, and thrusted upward hard, that after he’d murdered the man, he’d returned home to wash the blood off of his hands, and the knife, then, turned himself in at the local substation.
The bystander witnesses testified, that it was a little past midnight, they’d found Liu covered in blood, lying opposite of the parking lot on Nanfeng Road, they’d immediately notified the police and the emergency services, the local surveillance cameras also capture Su stabbing and robbing Liu, during the autopsy, the coroners found, that the wound on his left chest was deep, through his left atrium, the pericardium, and the left lung, and believed the injury was seventeen centimeters deep, that it’d caused Liu to have hemothorax, which caused Liu to go into shock, and die.
Based off of law, robbery and murder combined will get the perpetrator life in prison or the death penalty, but Su had turned himself in, and the courts must reduce the sentencing because of it.
And, this L-O-S-E-R, still got away, with MURDERING someone in such a brutal manner, because he had, turned himself in, and that’s, just, another god damn, HOLE in the justice system, and, there’s still, NO justice for the man who got murdered, simply because he was, in the wrong place, in the wrong time, and only defending himself, from, being ROBBED!
